Simple, Fresh, and Flavorful…are the three words that best describe all of Thally’s Modern American cuisine. Chef Ron Tanaka's menu items will change in accordance to what ingredients are perfectly in season at the time. You’re sure to find the freshest fish, savory meat, at least one robust vegetarian dish, unique salads and appetizers, and delectable soup. We also serve a rotating list of wines and craft beers, custom cocktails, house made sodas, and unique spirits in a comfortable 70 seat restaurant, which includes a 14 seat bar. <br /><br />Our name pays tribute to our Shaw neighborhood as well as our families: “Thally” refers to the Tally-Ho Stables (built in 1883) located in Naylor Court directly behind our restaurant, as well as to Thalia, the daughter of General Manager & Co Owner Sherman Outhuok. (Thally is pronounced without saying the “h”, as in Tally-Ho.) <br />

It is a common criticism that Washington, D.C., where chains, steakhouses, and take-out joints abound, lacks restaurants that combine great food, friendly prices, and a hip atmosphere. Logan Tavern puts this tragic shortcoming to rest. Located in the dynamic Logan Circle neighborhood, Logan Tavern is a neighborhood restaurant and bar that"s as perfect for a quick weekday bite as it is for a Friday night out with friends. Come by for dinner, lunch, happy hour, or our great weekend brunch for some comfort food with a twist.

Located in the heart of Old Town in the historic Crilley Warehouse, OVERWOOD is a wood-fired American kitchen and bar featuring modern interpretations of traditional classics. As the name implies, our kitchen is built around hardwood-fueled cooking (grill, oven & smoker) and we will use only the freshest and finest ingredients in every dish.

Inspired to create a casual Italian restaurant in their own neighborhood, the culinary team behind Washington, DC’s award-winning Ristorante Tosca opened the doors to Posto, “a modern Italian place to meet,” in December 2008. It is located in a beautiful, century-old building (which at one time was a car dealership!) on the newly re-energized 14th St. NW – right next door to The Studio Theater, and just steps away from P St. and its hubbub of activity. As a proud new addition to the Logan Circle neighborhood, Posto serves classic and modern Italian dishes, and is the perfect place to drop in for a cocktail and a quick bite, or a multi-course meal shared with friends. A custom-built, wood-burning oven located in the back of the dining room entices guests with the smells of just-baked Neapolitan style pizzas and focaccia.

Artisanal Fromagerie, Bistro and Wine Bar showcases the formidable creativity and passion of our Chef's, who add playful twists to classic French bistro dishes. Selecting only premium ingredients,our commitment to the use of artisanal, sustainable and organic products is evident in the quality of each dish. Recalling a bustling Parisian bistro, Artisanal’s handsome Art Deco interior offers the sophisticated French specialties one might expect in Paris. As the name implies, Artisanal features a scrumptious selection of 250 hand-crafted cheeses from around the world. In the back of the dining room is the cheese cave, a temperature and humidity controlled room, where a number of the world’s finest artisanally-made cheeses are aged to optimum ripeness and peak flavor. Adjacent to the dining room is the wine bar, which boosts 75 wines by the glass.
