We have been cooking, loving, dancing and celebrating life in Palm Beach Since 2004. This restaurant is a labor of love and collaboration of the Coniglio, Ritman and Thurston Families. We have travelled Italy, The Mediterranean and stateside to learn our craft and share with you what we know about eating, drinking and having a good time. J. Alexander’s is a contemporary American restaurant, known for its wood-fired cuisine. Our core philosophy is to provide you with the highest possible quality dining experience. The menu features a wide selection of American classics including prime rib of beef, steaks, fresh seafood, sandwiches and entrée salads. The menu in each restaurant includes a varied and rotating selection of features like Seafood Czarina, Tuscan Steak, Grilled Fish with Mango Papaya Salsa and Chicken Milanese. The restaurant has a full-service bar that includes an outstanding selection of wines both by the glass and bottle.

EVO, short for evolution, represents a dream inspired by my mother to bring the familiar feeling of family to you, by showcasing my Italian home-style cooking from the freshest ingredients incorporated into my family’s recipes that have been passed down from many generations. My Sicilian mother and grandparents raised me to respect the heritage and tradition of the Italian culture. The draw of family brought me to south Florida where I opened Evo to continue to share my family’s secret recipes and the warmth of the Italian way of living. Through hard work and perseverance I climbed the ranks of some of the most well respected and popular restaurants in New York so that I can bring you Evo. So please come and join us. "We went for Brunch on a holiday weekend and sat outside with the beautiful weather. Salt? Ketchup? Waiter? It wasn't very busy but waiter was hard to find. Service was prompt, food was good, but once delivered they never checked to see if we needed anything else. Worth a try if you're in the neighborhood. Beware - very dark bathrooms. Bring a flashlight."

Owner-Chef Salvatore Coppola"s training began at an early age. As the son of the Naples born parents Salvatore spent many hours in the kitchen learning to cook and refining the same Northern Italian recipes in both of his restaurants. Before opening Coppola's on 79th Street, Salvatore trained in New York City Restaurants quickly becoming Executive Sous Chef. In 1986, using family recipes opened Trattoria Coppola, which soon after became a staple for dining on New York's Upper West Side and earned him a 5 Star Diamond Award in 1997. In 1998 Salvatore opened his doors of Coppola's East in the Gramercy Park area of Manhattan to provide a more elegant style of his Northern Italian 'Comfort Food'.On any given night you may run into a number of New York's Resident or visiting celebrities at both of Salvatore's locations. In addition to fantastic food and comfortable dining, Salvatore establishment offers professional and knowledgeable service, extensive wine list, private room and catering.
