The first chef to own his own bull, Chef David Burke's commitment to quality is evident in the USDA prime grade, hand-selected beef served in David Burke's Primehouse. The restaurant dry-ages its meats in a Himalayan salt-tiled aging room on premise. The result is perfectly marble-ized, tender beef with a rich depth of flavor. Tours of this unique facility can be arranged upon reservation. <br /><br />#1 Steakhouse in Chicago – Chicago magazine<br /><br />Best Burger in the U.S. – Food & Wine <br /><br />Top 10 Burger in Chicago – Chicago Magazine <br /><br />"This is the closest a burger gets to tasting like a great steak."<br /> – Crain's Chicago Business<br />

"I visited Primehouse during a trip to Chicago with friends. We wanted steak. And we certainly got steak! Our waiter educated us to David Burke's drying technique and made excellent suggestions. The Caesar salad is made table side and the wedge w blue cheese is a stunning classic. The steaks were great. Service was very attentive. Desserts were out of this world, especially the cheesecake lollipop tree. My only criticism of the meal is the sides, which were way too small. I love that we did not leave w overburdened stomachs, but I would have loved it even more if I had more than a large spoonful of the creamy spinach. The dining room, when crowded, certainly has a buzz; but is never so distracting that you can't hear your dining companions."

A slightly more modern feel than our original location. delicious Belgian cuisine and beer, whether you are in the mood for a Trappist, Abbey or Sour Ale, we have got you covered. Our Beer menu is carefully selected by our expert beverage director and we pride ourselves on the fact that we serve beers that you would be unable to find anywhere else in NYC.

If there are any two young people who have had the experience it takes to open their own restaurant, these two are it - - and their coming together reads like a story. Franco Lazzari and Stefano Terzi originally met each in the early 90’s while working in New York. At ViceVersa, Franco and Stefano, unveiled their vision for a contemporary Italian restaurant, combining the traditions of their own cultural background with the youth and energy of their years, and the sophistication and experience of their time in major New York City restaurants.

Almond, an American bistro located in New York City’s bustling Flatiron District, combines the best of farm-to-table cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. <br />Co-owner and Executive Chef Jason Weiner offers a menu of accessible dishes that put market-fresh ingredients center stage. Classic Almond dishes include Steamed Black Mussels with Shallots and White Wine and Roast Chicken with Hand-Crushed Potatoes and Natural Jus, while a list of “plats du jour” range from Roasted Whole Fish to Heritage Farms Porkchop to Rack of Lamb.<br />Our wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines from regions across France and California. A specialty cocktail list, New York state craft beer selection, and raw bar selections are all available, along with our entire menu, at the restaurant’s spacious 20-seat bar. <br /><br />Private dining spaces are perfect for larger parties and a hidden European-style billiards room adds to the restaurant’s charm.

An Ofrenda, in Spanish, is an offering, a gift. At their cozy West Village space, owner Jorge Guzman and Chef Mario Hernandez offer their unique interpretation of classic Mexican cuisine with an innovative cocktail menu of tequila-based drinks. <br />Named by NYLuxury as “one of the top ten restaurants in New York serving Latin food” and as “Top Tequila Bar in the US” by the editors of USA Today, this intimate and stylish cocina offers its guests a blend of passions. Jorge’s desire is to create a sexy and fun space to enjoy creative cocktails with the best of Latin cuisine. While Chef Mario’s dream is to craft dishes to showcase the indigenous ingredients of Mexico, the foods his ancestors enjoyed, and bring those flavors to a new generation. <br />This team has joined forces to offer guests a unique dining experience. We look forward to having you.<br />

Taboon means "oven" in Arabic. Considered the heart of our restaurant, the wood fired Taboon oven delivers freshly prepared specialties that are exotic, healthful and full of flavor. Our trademark "Middle Terranean" cuisine blends the traditions of the Mediterranean with Middle Eastern cuisine using French techniques to create dishes that are uniquely delicious. Visit us at 773 10th Avenue, at the corner of 52nd Street, just steps away from the Theater District to find out what everyone's talking about. And ask us about our brand new PRE-THEATRE PRIX FIXE MENU! Reserve a table with us between 5pm and 6:30pm Monday through Friday and enjoy 3 courses accompanied by our famous fresh-baked-to-order foccacia for only $35 per person!
