Come and experience our lively interpretation of South Carolina Low-Country cuisine. Enjoy good southern food, servers who bubble over with hospitality, and a dining room that is truly distinctive. With its honey-colored walls, golden woods and bronze sculptures that crawl across the ceiling, designer Adam Tihany has created an atmosphere to awaken your senses. What better place to enjoy low country cuisine than in this contemporary environment celebrating the south. Offering the flavor of the South - the Soul of Washington; where we will be sure to leave a light burning in the window for you, our guests.

Follow us on Twitter: twitter.com/gbrowns

Visit our Facebook page: www.georgiabrowns.com/facebook

"We used Georgia Browns as a venue for a reunion of friends who had not seen each other for many years along with a spouse, daughter, and other family. It was perfect...it is very upbeat, lively. Lots of food, lots of drink...not a gourmet place or elegant dining...more laid back, noisy, with jazz in the background. Worked perfectly!"

John's Grill has been a San Francisco tradition since 1908. This historic restaurant is one of the city's oldest and most famous and is a favorite of celebrities who enjoy great steaks, expertly prepared fresh seafood with excellent service and a one of a kind atmosphere. John's Grill was a setting in author Dashiell Hammetts, The Maltese Falcon. The restaurant has earned many tributes: it has been chosen as one of the 10 best by Esquire and featured in Gourmet Magazine. Live jazz nightly in the upper level dining room.

"Most old classic restaurants seem to remind me of how bad many restaurants were in thec1950s. But this is an exception....this is the best of the past and the present. Friendly yet knowledgeable servers, great ambience, and great food. One of my best evenings ever in San Francisco"
