Bijou will showcase contemporary California cuisine, offered at reasonable prices.<br /><br />Prepared by Executive Chef Rodrigo Cedeño using seasonal, fresh, often locally sourced ingredients. Chef Cedeño, a native of Hayward, graduated from the Cal Poly Pomona’s Collins College of Hospitality Management program, carried on at Vu Restaurant, where he gained insight and experience in modern cuisine and techniques in molecular gastronomy. Thereafter, he worked at RN74 in San Francisco. Here he developed a solid foundation of classical French techniques. <br /><br />The direction of the menu is modern, something that will provide each guest with an “affordable palate”. We will achieve this by offering new & unique flavor profiles with each dish and creating a regularly changing, seasonal menu. <br /><br />Bijou's bar specializes in craft cocktails.
