The intimate 60-seat café and wine bar features an eclectic menu of small plates, flatbreads, cheese, and charcuterie that complement the carefully curated selection of wine.<br /><br />Tel’Veh hosts a bar featuring a rotating list of international wines available by the bottle and glass. The wine bar is equipped with a Vinotemp Wine Dispenser; a temperature and humidity-controlled wine system that preserves open bottles of wine with nitrogen gas. One of the only establishments in the region with such sophisticated wine preservation technology. The venue's wine list is organized by region with an emphasis on New World and Old World varietals. An extensive selection of 300 wines are available by the bottle and 50 wines available by the glass.

Located in the heart of Georgetown, il offers the most authentic Neapolitan pizza in DC, thin-crust made by our Italian pizzaiolos cooked in a wood-fired oven imported directly from Italy. The kitchen, led by Naples-born Antonio Biglietto, offers a menu that brings our native country to your table with every selection—antipasti, pastas, seafood, meat, fresh Bufala mozzarella from Italy, and so much more. The attractive blue-lit, full bar specializes in carefully selected Italian wines. In warm weather, dine alfresco at the sidewalk tables or on the roof-top terrazza overlooking the Georgetown scene. <br /><br>Be sure to check out our new lunch menu, featuring three delicious new paninis made with our fresh bread baked instantly in our wood fire brick oven and four new pasta items. <br /><br>Our happy hour, from 4-7 pm Monday-Friday, features all drinks at 1/2 price! Hill Country is proud to have opened in DC! Named "Best Barbecue in NY" by both New York Magazine and Time Out New York, "Top 10 Barbecue in the U.S." by the Wall Street Journal and "Best New Restaurants of the Year" by New York Magazine, Hill Country takes its "cue" from legendary Texas barbecue joint Kreuz Market and its distinctive dry-rub style. Hill Country's brisket, sausage, ribs and other meats are smoked low and slow over Texas post oak. The barbecue is served in butcher paper, counter-style by the pound, with traditional trimmings.
