Rustic; Wood-fired; Sustainable and seasonal. These are the hallmarks of the dishes that can be enjoyed during breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Many of the dishes draw inspiration from the wonderful fresh-baked breads produced right next door at our Bakery. And all of our meals feature organic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, many of which are prepared in the kitchen's wood-fired oven and rotisserie, which allow for long-cooked flavors, and for the simple, fresh ingredients to shine.

"This is one of the best restaurants in Palo Alto hands down. It is unassuming yet elegant, great menu with excellent choices and a terrific team of waiters and waitresses. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of our waiter, a very tall (the tallest) and pleasant gentleman. He took care of us that we felt like "spoiled brats". He is great. The food.... delicious as always, got the meatballs (meatball Tuesday), the trout, and the penne. Everything was just delicious.
Congratulations to the chef, staff, and management.

Chef Michael Chiarello has returned to his culinary roots by creating seasonal farm-to-table Italian cuisine reflecting the bold flavors of Chiarello’s heritage in his signature style 1st made famous at Tra Vigne in the 90’s. An award winning chef/vintner & Food Network host, Chiarello celebrates his Italian roots and the Napa Valley with a menu echoing his long practice of using the finest locally/sustainably produced food. Located in Yountville, in the heart of the Napa Valley, Bottega’s extensive wine list represents hard-to-find favorites of the Valley and interesting Italian selections. Chiarello restored the integrity of an old 1800’s estate by uncovering beautiful hard wood floors, timber beams, old brick walls and windows. The inviting dining room is accented with reclaimed antiques, warm fabrics and eclectic light fixtures lending to the restaurant’s old world comfort.

"O.K. Everyone knows that Yountville hosts awesome restaurants, The French Laundry amongst them, right? You should also know that Bottega is in Yountville. Excellent food, outstanding service by young, energetic, wine knowledgably waitresses What? Yes, like you are reading. At a fraction of the price of French Laundry you will get an unforgettable meal. If anything, portions were a bit too big. I could not finish mine, and therefore the 4 stars. Other than that, awesome value! Great time!"

Caffe Riace, a robust Palo Alto trattoria, offers conviviality, homemade specialties and family-style warmth. One of many fine restaurants in the California Avenue section of Palo Alto, Riace is family-run. Every dish is made with honest expertise. No tricky trendiness here, just the same good old fashioned recipies mom and dad follow at home. Caffe Riace is also a perfect venue for wedding receptions, business meetings, graduations and other special events. If you're looking for an intimate dining experience, we offer private dining rooms, at no extra cost, that accommodate up to 20 guests. Our patio can host up to 200 guests and is a wonderful venue for warm weather events of any kind!

“Comodo is about a personal love story with a region and its flavors but keeping it true to the environment where it is found. It is a menu very personal to who I am-an autobiography written in food. This food is what happens when you take a Colombian-Spanish-Mexican-Brazilian-American that has adapted to New York” explains Felipe Donnelly, who will oversee the kitchen. For parties larger than six, Comodo offers our family style menu, which consists of the entire menu shared, for sixty dollars per person. If you would like this menu please indicate in your notes. Comodo is a restaurant, inspired by Latin American influences but diners won’t find tacos or mole on the menu. Rather, the cuisine uses the flavors and the technique but varies from the traditional menu. It will serve Latin food seen through the prism of current New York dining trends. The décor of the 45 seat restaurant will convey the feeling of dining at home with a wooden communal table to obs

"Great restaurant overall. We try to hit three to four resturant in each visit toNYC. This was a great surprise!! Even though it was highl;y recommended, our first impression was... too small! Great things come in small settings.... in this case. We were nicely surprised the menu very lively, very new and refreshing!! Latin American Palate at its best. The service impecable, very accomodating. Three cheers for Jessica our waitress.
One small criticism, Comodo needs to invest in stemware. I assure you that it will not diminish the character of the restaurant. It will make it even better!"

Maialino is a Roman-inspired trattoria from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, located in Gramercy Park. Maialino captures the warmth and comfort of a true neighborhood trattoria, with a menu that celebrates the restaurant's ongoing relationship with its local family of farmers and suppliers. Executive Chef Nick Anderer draws inspiration from the Roman cooking tradition to create soulful food, reflective of the rich culture of both Rome and New York.

"We decided to go to Maialino for our New Years Day dinner. The restaurant is great with a great menu. The service is also great however, it will be much better if our waitress was a but more friendly. She was very efficient and she was always on point but, would it be too difficult to smile a little?
Anyway, the restaurant was very accommodating, we brought a couple of bottle of wines for our table and the corkage fee was very reasonable at $25/bottle, this is rare for a NYC restaurant of this stature.
Excellent!!
