"Agora is a very attractive restaurant with tasty food and very good service. The portion size was on the small size for us, even for meze servings. Be prepared to examine the menu closely if you are not familiar with Turkish cuisine. We ordered Kadiyef (sp?) and Aegean Delight desserts, which were excellent."

We serve mussels & frites, wood-fired tarts (Belgian pizzas) with seasonal toppings, grilled meats and fish, salads, soups, sandwiches. As your server about our daily specials, we mix it up! We also have the largest selection of craft and Belgian beers in Bethesda! Happy hour daily with great specials and $1 oysters.

"This is the third Wiedmaier restaurant I have tried. Like Brasserie Beck and Wildwood Kitchen, the service and food quality were very good. MB is a convenient before or after-movie choice. The noise level was a bit high for old folks like us, but not high enough to deter conversation. The oysters were a treat, if a bit pricey, and I liked the local choices (VA, MD). I ordered trout (a bit bland, but OK) and my companion ordered mussels (a better choice). Glancing at the tables of other diners, I saw some nice-looking starter dishes. MB is one of the best restaurants on Bethesda Row, IMHO."
