Driven by the history of Chicago, the traditions of France, and the pursuit of excellence, Chefs Thomas Rice and Kurt Guzowski aim to create a resounding passion for life and food by sharing the art of charcuterie with their hometown. We come together as family to create a charcuterie experience that honors its neighborhood origins in France while strengthening our local Chicago community through the shared passion for food that brings us greater meaning.

The Gage is a 3-star rated restaurant located across from Millennium Park in a historically landmarked building built in the late 1800s. The Gage offers upscale, yet casual dining in a vintage atmosphere inspired by the gastropubs of Ireland and England. Time Out has said The Gage's menu "covers every craving" and includes Scotch eggs, fresh seafood, locally made sausages, burgers, steaks, salads and Guinness-battered fish and chips. The Libations list features craft beers, interesting wines and a selection of Irish whiskeys and single malts. Open for dinner at 4 everyday, The Gage is also open for lunch at 11 and brunch Saturday and Sunday at 10. The Gage offers the perfect setting for a casual drink, a business meeting or a formal event--refined rusticity--steps from Millennium

Inspired by the legacy of our families in America, we bring you Asian Outpost. Our heritage dates back to turn of the 20th century when great grandfather Woo arrived in Hawaii to study medicine and to the 1950s when our grandparents migrated here to operate their restaurants. Now, we embark on our journey at Asian Outpost in order to share our heritage with you. We are heavily influenced by the communal meals prepared at our family gatherings. Some of our food is created from family recipes and some take on a more local taste. No matter the recipe, all of our dishes revolve around our desire to cook and serve food that our friends and family can enjoy.
