Our menus: www.thebluepoint.com.

A fresh approach to regional, coastal cuisine & southern hospitality alongside spectacular views of the Currituck Sound.
Inspired dinner & lunch menus served in a warm and inviting atmosphere by a professional and natural staff. Exceptional and friendly Wine Menu + Full Bar.

There are very limited reservations for groups larger than 6. In season, we do not accept reservations for groups larger than 12, and we do not split larger groups to get around this rule. Reservations can be made to have dinner at the bar.
We do have some seating available on a first come - first served basis so it is always worth checking to see if you can get a table. In season we have a large outdoor bar area where you can enjoy a cocktail while you wait.

No better place for good food, good wine, good friends and spectacular sunsets.
"This was our first time to the Outer Banks and after a little research we ended up at the Blue Point. Everyone was extremely happy with their meal selections. Our server was extremely knowledgable about the food preparation and wine pairings. I loved my yellow fin tuna and would eagerly eat it again. The prices reflect the quality of the food and the staff - if you're looking for cheap and cheerful this is not the place. If you're looking for a good quality seafood meal, this is your best bet."

Hooked Seafood & Sushi Bar offers fresh seafood and sushi that is hand cut & each day. Enjoy "the finest seafood in the region" in our contemporary, chic environment more likely found in Los Angeles or New York. See why OpenTable Diners have consistently rated us as one of the best seafood restaurants in the area. NorthernVirginia Magazine Readers recently voted Hooked as the "Best Sushi" in Virginia, and food critic Warren Rohas included Hooked in the 50 Best Restaurants for the past 4 years.

Our large patio is an ideal area to enjoy a cocktail near the water fountains or hang out by the gas fire pit. Please note that we will do our best to meet your seating requests outside, but due to weather conditions cannot guarantee immediate seating outside.

We're located at the intersection of Route 7 and Cascades Parkway in the Target Shopping Center.
"What it boils down to is that everyone all but licked every single one of their plates. The crab cakes, the sushi, the blackened salmon salad, the tempura ice cream, and triple chocalate cake were all amazing. My only complaint is that the chair I sat in had a cushion that was almost lopsided and uncomfortable to the point I had to get a new chair. Server was friendly but not very knowledgable. Will still happily return."

"Persimmon is a great place and in general I think underrated given its consistent performance. If I lived in Maryland I think this place would be my go-to local restaurant. It has a great character about it. The service has always been outstanding and we've never been disappointed by anything we've ordered. The restaurant itself is small, so my only complaint is that it can at times feel claustrophobic - but I'd rather it be that than some vast suburban chain restaurant. Be sure to check out their half price bottle of wine nights - can't be beat."

"Admittedly I am writing this review about a month after we ate there, and I had to sit and think about what I ate when we went - so that's all to say the memory was not strongly bad nor good - just average. I had chorizo eggs and the best thing about them was the avocado and fruit on the side. Based on what other people were eating the pancakes and waffles looked like they may have been the way to go. The outdoor dining was beautiful though and you can tell at night it would be a spectacular spot. I'd go back and order differently, maybe try lunch/dinner versus brunch."

"All I can say with any certainty is that for what I paid, I got an amazing meal. The $40 prix-fixe luncheon menu was divine. I recommend everything. I had asparagus with Gruyere cheese and Virginia ham for my app, an escarole salad, bouillabaisse for the main, and the lime tart. My friend had Wagyu beef cheeks, an escarole salad, the lemon sole special, and the raspberry mousse cake - also all excellent. I will be returning. Everything was cooked to perfection with fantastic flavors - and the pastry chef knows what he/she is doing."

"Normally I would give this place five stars across the board. This was our sixth time dining and the first time we had any snafus, though granted they were small ones. It took over fifteen minutes for anyone to offer us water or greet us at our table. A young man who wasn't our server put a drink order in for us. And then it took another ten minutes to meet our actual server who had likely just started her shift. In short, that wasn't a great start but the rest of the evening was fine in that department. The food was very good. They crazy corn salad and mushroom reuben were delicious. The organic cucumber delight is an amazing cocktail. The carrot cake was fine but forgettable. A good night but the restaurant wasn't at its best."

"Copleys has a lovely outdoor atmosphere for dinner, with heat lamps strategically placed between tables. Lovely ambiance overall! The server was knowledgable and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection with great flavor. The appetizers were small enough to enjoy without spoiling the main. We all had room for the dessert. Tip: Pair the sticky pudding with the cinnamon ice cream. You won't regret it."
