A culinary treat awaits all who dine at Zeffirino. The decor is rich and sophisticated, elegant with gothic undertones. An impressive special feature is the handcrafted bar which was imported from Italy that stands more than 40 feet high. Exquisite wine cases and furniture-Venetian style- along with lush, flowing, purple velvet tapestries create a feel for the romantic.

db brasserie is Chef Daniel Boulud’s new contemporary French restaurant at The Venetian® Las Vegas. db brasserie has all the elements of a traditional brasserie with the constant energy of a café. It buzzes during lunch, brunch, happy hour and dinner. With a menu created in collaboration with Executive Chef David Middleton, db Brasserie stays true to Chef Daniel Boulud’s signature French-American cooking and modern sensibility with signature dishes. The spacious restaurant seats 280 diners, including two private dining rooms, and a casual bar and lounge. Designed by Jeffrey Beers International, the space channels historic Art Nouveau brasseries in France. Located at the start of Restaurant Row, db Brasserie is easily accessible from both The Venetian and The Palazzo.

Chef Mario Batali and his partner, winemaker Joseph Bastianich, bring their award-winning Italian restaurant expertise to the other city that never sleeps. B&B Ristorante, features Batali and Bastianich's acclaimed blend of exquisite Italian food and casual elegance that captures the soul of an Italian grandmother dancing with hipsters to lively, classic and modern rock. Located in the Venetian Hotel, B&B can be found at the end of Restaurant Row leading into the Palazzo. B&B Ristorante offers a wine list replete with Bastianich signatures as well as selections from every region in Italy. Many wines will be available by the "quartino" to promote both serious and casual tasting experiences for 'wine geeks' and novices alike. For parties of 2, dining experiences tend to run 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and for parties of 4 or more we recommend allowing 2 - 2 1/2 hours. A la carte reservations are available for parties of 8 or less, for parties of 9 or more please contact our Event Coordinator.

Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Crain rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, brandade, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye.
