"I returned for dinner again since I enjoyed my dinner very much here 5 nights ago. The food was perfect as well as the attentive service including the wonderful owner who stopped by our table. She came by to check on the steak that my friend reordered (when it was well done, instead of medium). Kind, informative. The desserts (soufflé & profiterole) were divine. Highly recommend!"

"I'm happy that I used Opentable to find this very good French restaurant. We were surprised that such a wonderful chef could be located in a touristy hotel in Herald Square! French onion soup is a must. It is a small restaurant which opens into the Radisson hotel. Very warm room temp! Highly recommend it for food and convenient location."

"The food was superb, seasoned perfectly and served hot. They serve only French wines, and so I was a little disappointed not to have a Prosecco. Café au lait and tiramisu were wonderful too. I like the décor which is like a library in an old French country cottage. Truly an authentic French experience from the many Frenchmen who works there to the attentive owner. The place was fully booked. Many local residents. Definitely returning soon. Highly recommend."

7000 sq. ft. upscale restaurant, located in the heart of Gramercy/Union Square. The space features 65 TV’s covered in antique mirror, 4 private areas for corporate and private events, and a 60 ft patio. Ainsworth Park will be a one-stop shop for brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails and sports viewing.

Catering to the East Side of Manhattan, this new Park Ave location plays host to the sexy New York City “after-work-crowd,” where guys in suits and ladies dressed to the nines flock for an upscale Happy Hour experience.

The Sunday menu features much of the same sports-watching eats as its sister restaurant along with beers on tap & specialty Ainsworth cocktails.

"The food was very good as well as the drinks. You can watch sports here as well. Since the space is very open and not packed in with tables, you don't have to see the screens with sports. We think that they might be using some of the built-in seating when Japonica was located here. Our servers were attentive, kind and helpful. Definitely returning here. Highly recommend for good food and hang out with friends."

"Although the restaurant is oddly configured due to 2 retail space being joined into one restaurant, we enjoyed the food and the service. Food was seasoned well and servers were attentive with a full restaurant. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend."

"Love the old chandeliers and triomphe l'oeil wall decor that gives the sense of dining al fresco in Italy. Love how the windows light up in the evening. Food is consistently good every time that I've dined here. Wait staff attentive. Since it's in Times Square area, it's always filled with tourists...which also adds to the feel of being in Europe. Highly recommend."

Principe di San Daniele, the Italian Prosciutto and Deli Specialty Company, is proud to announce the opening of its first flagship store in Manhattan- Osteria del Principe.

The true experience of the Italian “Osteria” (Italian for informal simple restaurant with a big counter with great food and wines at a reasonable cost) where Italians meet for lunch of after work in a warm, sociable atmosphere to taste a fresh pasta, a gourmet salad or a mouthwatering plate of authentic Italian deli meats and cheeses pairing with a perfect glass of wine is now open in the heart of Manhattan.

"I returned here on a "regular" week night (instead of a Wednesday music night) and the place was quiet and the lights were brighter. It was the first time for my friends who liked the ambiance immediately. One friend who just returned from 2 wks in Italy LOVED it. Eggplant prosciutto antipasti was delicious. Specials -- risotto with vegetables ; beef stew over polenta; gnoochi with prosciutto were perfectly seasoned and portioned. Bottle of prosecco; dessert; cappuccinos were good as well. We will be back again on a Wednesday night for the more festive atmosphere. Again, the wait staff took too long to serve us, and we had to ask for the bill 3X although place was not full. Still highly recommend."

"We came here on Wednesday night which is their Italian music night (with American songs from Frank Sinatra etc mixed in). With the giant old photos of their prosciutto family business on the walls, and the open kitchen area, it already felt very much like we were in Italy. The prosciutto antipasti appertizer was fresh and well balanced with the cheese. The specials -- shrimp fettuccine which could have used a bit more garlic and well-seasoned pork loin over mashed potatoes. Although the wait staff did check back with us occasionally, we felt that they were not attentive enough. It took too long to get their attention for more bread, etc. and even for the bill and then processing payment. Regardless, highly recommend."

A cool Mediterranean retreat from the city's chaos, with fabric-swathed ceilings and pristine white furnishings. Even on a hectic night, service is calm and competent, and the professional couples at most of the tables seem to be speaking in peaceful whispers. The kitchen offers scintillating versions of hearty, refreshing Greek favorites. Souvlaki is charcoal-grilled and up scaled with filet mignon to produce an impressively tender, succulent result. Wine-marinated octopus legs are also charcoal-grilled, resulting in astounding flavor and not a hint of rubberness. Classics like garlicky skordalia, fava beans, sauteed chicken livers over lentils, and spanakopita are all best-of-breed versions, the latter prepared as a platter of bite-sized pies. A sizeable portion of moussaka, consisting of layers of juicy ground lamb and eggplant, tied together by a superlative béchamel. For dessert, the array of delicate pastries and the deeply creamy rice pudding are excellent without exception.

"We sat in the enclosed courtyard area in the back. There's a skylight, and when it gets dark, lights turn on. They also have abundant, beautiful, fresh flower arrangements set in wall recesses. We definitely felt as if we were in Greece. The food was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The wine was good. The wait staff was attentive. Highly recommend this place."

"This place was an unexpected find. We've walked pass this place for a long time. So glad that we stepped into an old, but wonderful restaurant. Food was delicious. Attentive service. And they were happy to accommodate our birthday dessert request (as well as for the other 2 tables which had birthdays too). Highly recommend."
