We opened Quenas with the dream of presenting the wide diversity and fusion of Peruvian food, using the best and most authentic ingredients, in a modern presentation. Peruvian cuisine fuses many different ethnicities, including Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and is increasingly being recognized as world class. <br><br>At Quenas Restaurant we’ve tried to capture the diversity of Peruvian food in our dishes. You will find a bit of everything that makes our food special, from the fresh and healthy Ceviches and Tiraditos, to the more flavor intense Lomo Saltado.

Sea is the newest hotest seafood restaurant in south florida.<br />Owned by South Florida Celebrity Chef Anthony Sindaco Sea has fastly become the seafood hot spot. Don"t miss the famous Spicy Bahamian Conch Chowder rated best in fort lauderdale, the Signature Tuna Bolognese, or the Seafood Braise.

"Went a Fri nite. Good food but it took an eternity before it got to the table; literally an hour before we were served oysters. Not sure what the reason was for the delay; I didn't ask questions. But my returning to UC is out of the question."

"I was far from wowed. The restaurant is about projecting an energetic ambiance; and if you prefer such ambiance over a well prepared meal, then this is the place to go. Then again, I'm not sure if a folding wooden-slat chair design with a furry throw pillow serving as a back cushion makes for comfortable ambiance?
My filet mignon was tender and juicy, but my garlic mashed potatoes seemed like they were whipped out of a Betty Crocker box.
The best thing I can say is my wife liked the ambiance and I promised to return during the warmer months. Otherwise, I ain't rushing back!"
