"GREAT STEAKS..AWESOME SEAFOOD" - The Warehouse has consistently been highly rated by the nationally known "Zagats Dining Guide" and is one of the most popular restaurants in Old Town. Specialties include their famous All-Lump crab cakes, Lobster Linguine Pasta and their huge 20 oz Grilled T-Bone Steak. Their Sunday Brunch is a "must do" in Old Town and reservations are recommended for this popular meal.

"I am from New Orleans, and when I need to seek out a little nostalgic hometown food, The Warehouse Bar and Grill is my go to. It is the best Southern cooking in the whole metro Washington, DC area.
I especially recommend the she crab soup. It is heaven in a spoon: just the right amount of spice with large lumps of quality crab.

"You may want to look elsewhere for a gourmet dining experience, but in the meantime, this will do for a more Kid- friendly French experience in an unpretentious, friendly setting.
Those in our group enjoyed the onion soup, the French bread, the lamb, the mushroom risotto. Those in our group did not crow about the boeuf bourgignon, nor the quail.
The wine list is very moderate.

"If you have any appetite whatsoever, don't come here. The squash soup came by thimbles, the salads came by half portions, and the fish looked like a sardine. I left really hungry."

Rasika, which is derived from Sanskrit meaning "flavors,” is the award-winning modern Indian restaurant owned by Ashok Bajaj. Leading the kitchen is Group Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, a 2012 nominee for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic from the James Beard Foundation. Rasika has consistently earned four stars in the coveted Dining Guide of The Washington Post, and is in the top tier of Washingtonian magazine’s annual “100 Best.” Esquire magazine named it among the country’s best new restaurants in 2008 and Food & Wine magazine also stated that Rasika is “One of the hottest restaurants in the world.” Rasika showcases authentic Indian fare prepared on the Tawa (griddle), Sigri (open barbeque), as well as Tandoori and regional dishes. The restaurant is also noted for its international wine list, innovative cocktails and intimate, plush dining room. For private dining, Rasika has an exclusive space that can seat up to 16 guests and a semi-private area for up to 28.

"I cannot get over the taste sensation of the incredibly fresh, tender as a baby's kiss, tomato sauce dusted redfish. I need to immediately go back next week and order more! And when I do, I will want more of the spicy Bhindi Okra. Multiple layers of flavors are still dancing on my tongue."

Trademark is the neighborhood bar for a remarkable neighborhood. With a nod to our close friends at the U.S. Patent and Trade Office, we take our inspiration from the innovators whose once daring ideas set the standard.

Then knowing exactly what the standard is, Trademark enjoys nothing better than tweaking it. Someone else had the brilliant idea to combine pork with beans, macaroni with cheese and gin with vermouth. We simply came up with a way to make you think you’re tasting them for the first time.

The mixologists behind our bar program understand that some drinks are made to forget a hard day, others to foster inspiration, and still others to toast old friends and instant acquaintances. We also noticed that good things happen when the atmosphere is properly stimulating. You’ll find the mood at Trademark as comfortable as it is inventive.

"First, the waitress got my husbands appetizer order wrong. Then, I felt that they could not have served us any faster. The food flew out of the oven. My husband was barely half way through his appetizer when the entrees were served. If the food had been delicious, maybe that would not be such an issue. But we ate three courses in only forty five minutes. And frankly, I have eaten far better Indian food at Dishes of India, another strip mall restaurant, which I highly recommend. I will not be returning."
