The Smith is a casual American Brasserie with three upbeat locations in New York City: The Smith East Village, The Smith Midtown and The Smith Lincoln Center. Utilizing local products and purveyors, the breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner menus feature a selection of familiar bistro dishes. Diners at The Smith Lincoln Center can also choose from our hand-picked wine list and full raw seafood bar. The Smith attracts colleagues for a drink after work, business dinners, a quick bite or drink before a show, late night revelers, families for Sunday brunch and more. Offering private rooms at all locations, guests can stop by for all occasions. <br />

Chef and owner Frank Crispo opened Crispo Restaurant in the heart of Chelsea and the West Village in the summer of 2002. <br /><br />Our 150 seats create a lively, warm and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy our signature Northern Italian cuisine. <br /><br />We were nominated in 2002 for "Best New Restaurant" by Time Out magazine, and received an award for "Best Spaghetti Carbonara" by New York Magazine in 2004. <br /><br />Food is not our only passion. Our extensive wine list covers the major regions of Italy and several other countries beyond. For enthusiasts, we have a full bar stocked with grappa, amaros, aperitifs and digestifs.<br /><br />Come join us for dinner in our main dining room, or in our outdoor garden space. It remains open year long. With this newest addition to Crispo Restaurant you will truly feel like you are not in New York.

A project forged of the passion of a group of partners working and living in the East Village, Boulton & Watt is based on the notion of providing great food and great drink in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from the industrial revolution – of which Matthew Boulton & James Watt were pivotal figures with their perfection of the steam engine, which in turn catapulted two continents into a new era. Our location on the corner of Houston & Avenue A melds raw, industrial accents with warm wood and tall windows; creating an intimate yet open atmosphere fitting for all seasons and all clientele. The kitchen serves a full menu; our revised take on classic American and English comfort food late into the night. We love this neighbourhood, and we wanted to create a bar we were proud of. We hope you enjoy sharing in our passion.

Hailed by many as “Hell’s Kitchen’s best new restaurant,” Stecchino nails the basics: “great food at reasonable prices.” A lively staff serves sophisticated comfort food and “fantastic” hand-crafted cocktails, a “solid” wine-list and ten carefully selected beers on tap. Good music and classic movies playing silently on the TV create a comfortable setting for a group of friends or an intimate dinner for two. <br /><br />Menu highlights: Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan, a selection of homemade pastas, fresh seafood, a New York strip Steak that would make a Steakhouse proud as well as a Steak salad served with the same cut of meat and an extensive appetizer menu that includes sliders, crab cakes and much more.<br /><br />The brunch menu features citrus dipped French toast, a short rib hash that gets rave reviews and eggs benedict options that are “the best anywhere.” <br />

Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria is a market, salumeria, bakery and restaurant dedicated to quality products. <br />This "simple convivial spot that tastes just like Italy" feels like a "village inside-a-restaurant". While the Alimentari sells house made salumi, freshly baked bread and an ample assortment of imported and domestic items, the open kitchen looks out onto a rustic dining room with communal tables and long marble wine bar. A seasonal menu by Executive Chef Joel Hough features salumi/cheese boards, small sharing plates, fresh pastas and roasted meats and fish from a rotisserie and wood burning oven. The upstairs private dining loft, adjacent to the roof garden and overlooking the main restaurant and market, is available for parties up to 50 people for cocktails and/or a seated dinner. Whole fish under sea salt and roasted short ribs or porchetta are house staples often served family style as are house made gelato tastings.
