Led by Chef Marco Criscuolo, Andrea sources the perfect seasonal ingredients and implements time-honored practices and preparations. Diners savor salads made with 100-year-old Balsamic vinegar, exquisite pastas made in a one-of-kind, temperature-controlled pasta room and artisan-style gelato made in the gelato laboratory. A chic, yet understated and relaxed atmosphere features inspiring coastal panoramas, sunsets over the Pacific, open-air dining on the beautiful, heated ocean-view terrace and round bar with its golden granite countertops and golden fruitwood paneling. Fine Italian wines are perfectly paired with each exquisite dish.
