A modern tavern with Mediterranean roots, TESSA blends southern French and Italian cuisine from Executive Chef Cedric Tovar in a setting designed by critically acclaimed Paul Masi of Bates Masi Architects.

The North Fork Table and Inn offers a progressive American menu committed to the highest standard of culinary excellence. <br /><br />The restaurant's menu focus is seasonally inspired featuring locally grown biodynamic and organic produce, the freshest seafood from the pristine Peconic Bay and L.I. sound and award winning North Fork artesian cheese. Increasingly distinguished and awarded Long Island wines are highlighted on the wine list, as well as their national and international counterparts. <br /><br />For your dining options we are presenting a $75 3-Course Prix Fixe menu and the Chef's Tasting menu. <br /><br />You may dine Ala Carte or have the Prix Fixe Menu at the bar on a first come, first served basis. <br /><br />Ala Carte and Chef's tasting menus are available during Brunch.

"It's difficult to find as perfect a restaurant as North Fork Table and Inn. From the minute you enter, you are warmly greeted and ushered into
a welcoming room where you feel at home but special. The waitstaff are young and knowledgeable, the sommelier imparts his enthusiasm for local wines with great pleasure and the food is heavenly from first bite to last. Don't skimp - do get the fois gras, or the tuna tartare, the bass, the soft shells or the duck. Do NOT miss the donuts for dessert. Linger and enjoy the experience far from the madding crowd.

Sfoglia is a lovely little trattoria residing on an unassuming stretch of the Upper East Side, across the street from the 92nd Street Y. Farmhouse tables topped with the season's produce are the appropriate setting for Sfoglia's country Italian fare. The private dining room tucked away upstairs can seat an intimate party of twelve.

PRINT is one of New York City’s premiere farm-to-table dining experiences. Executive Chef Charles Rodriguez and Executive Pastry Chef Geoff Koo create dishes that are inspired from products grown in the region. PRINT’s full-time forager carefully procures ingredients that are brought in daily so guests can enjoy the best flavors that the season has to offer. Don’t miss the intimate setting of The Dens adjacent to the restaurant where specialty cocktails are handcrafted and complemented by our light fare menu. Another option, before or after dinner, is to relax at our year-round rooftop lounge, the Press Lounge, for cocktails and unobstructed views of Manhattan and the Hudson.

Telepan Local offers a casual, tapas-style American menu inspired by the seasons. Dishes include arancini with bone marrow and parmesan aioli; fried watercress with chili oil and cashews, brussels sprouts & fingerling salad with a coddled egg; lamb tartare with fennel and black olive; as well as snapper with pickled beets and bitter greens. For a sweet ending, Pastry Chef Larissa Raphael offers traditional layer cakes cut by the fat slice, along with stacked sundaes and rustic tarts.<br />

"A great spot for lots and lots of creative and delicious
Small plates, each better than the next. Fois gras jammies
And shrimp poppers shouldn't be missed, the pizettes
Have great toppings, the short ribs and calamari are both
Sublime just to name a few. Waitstaff is charming and helpful
And the ambience is cool and casual. Treat yourself and take lots of friends.
