Factory Kitchen is a local traditional Italian restaurant in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles. Factory is the product of life long friendship of Restauranteur Matte Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana. Chef angelo prepares dishes using fresh seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at Factory highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes.

Brought to you by Boka Restaurant Group, GT Fish & Oyster is an oyster bar and seafood-centric eatery named after chef/partner Giuseppe Tentori. The sharable menu contains both traditional items as well as many seasonal, original dishes created by Chef and his team. GT was named one of Travel and Leisure's Top 20 best seafood restaurants in America in 2013, and Chef Tentori was named Chef of the Year at both the Jean Banchet Awards and in Chicago Social Magazine in 2012. GT is open for lunch, brunch, and dinner, and in addition to its 90 dining seats, the restaurant contains a 20 seat bar where you can sit right across from all the shucking.
