Culinary mastermind José Andrés & ThinkFoodGroup bring the authentic flavor of their award-winning Spanish tapas restaurant, Jaleo, to Las Vegas with a concept re-imagined to include the city's excitement. A perennial favorite in Washington DC, Jaleo restaurant was one of the country's first successful tapas restaurants, setting the standard for Spanish cuisine in the U.S. for almost two decades.

"We kept asking how could bruschetta bet this good? How could the asparagus be this good? Many simple plates were spectacular tasting. Grilled octopus was amazing. The chorizo "pigs in a blanket" were perfectly smoky. And the desserts - the Spanish French toast and chocolate mousse type thing. And did I mention the shrimp? The entire party loved everything. And we had vegetarians who had many options. And the sangria and other cocktails were also stunning."

"Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting. Really enjoyed my truffle omelette. Amazing OJ if there can be such a thing. Great coffee, muffins, pastries, fruit. Really a sensational breakfast. And the atmosphere is perfect for adding a mimosa."

"Some inventive items here from a different take on fried calimari to a fish milenese give this Italian spot just enough to make for a worthwhile experience."

We create an extraordinary supper club experience serving the freshest seafood, prime steaks, handcrafted cocktails & world-class wines. Our executive chef, Matt Briggs, uses the freshest ingredients to create inventive preparations of traditional favorites. Made from scratch dishes showcase simple, pure and regional flavors unique to Los Angeles. Our menu features an array of appetizers, salads, seafood, steaks, family-style sides, house-made desserts, and, new additions such as fresh, hand-rolled sushi like the lobster roll with kiwi, pickled jalapeno, masago, and spicy mango puree. The sprawling terrace is ideal for a power lunch or intimate dinner date, and our main lounge and bar has a relaxing space for guests to enjoy expertly prepared cocktails like our signature cucumber gimlet or smoking berries & bubbles. Our main dining area features a large open kitchen, sushi bar, and three private dining rooms. We also offer a private backdoor entrance should you seek complete anonymity

"Not the most inventive faire, but excellently prepared meat and seafood. Sushi was flawless, scallops were excellent. Latter was a fairly standard preparation, but still good. Service was tremendous. Only complaint was that prices were a bit higher than I would have liked."
At each visit, the Rao's family wants it to feel as if yours is the only table in the room. The impeccable Southern Italian fare stems from the dishes' high-quality ingredients, such as house-roasted red peppers, freshly grated Pecorino-Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, Felipo Berio olive oil and certified San Marzano plum tomatoes imported from Italy. For more than 115 years, that's the way the family has cooked in their iconic New York kitchen, and tradition is alive and well at their Las Vegas restaurant.

The time-honored staples include perfectly cooked pastas, risottos and the mouthwatering steak bistecca; cooked perfectly and sliced tableside. The classic veal chop is pan-seared and topped with a medley of hot and sweet cherry peppers.

"When we sat down, I thought I was in Little Italy in NYC. And the food transported me there even more so. From meatball appetizer to the Caesar salad and grilled vegetables to the bread, all before we began the main courses, it was all terrific. Veal parmigiana was enormous and perfectly prepared. Simpler pasta dishes hit the mark. Everyone was completely satisfied with their meal, and while not expensive, everyone was pleasantly surprised by the economy of the final bill. Surprising light and tasty dessert - angel food cake with fresh berries."

"This is a relatively new addtion to the many great restaurants at the Venetian. Bourbon drinks and enormous service staff are excellent. Food is very good. Spiced watermelon and fried chicken were especially good. Ribs were also excellent. But difficult to find healthy options, and the fish and salads were less successful. Desserts were not bad but not especially memorable."

After soaking in the TRB’s Santa Barbara mission architecture, you’ll enter and be greeted by a triple arched Brunswick mahogany bar. Large bowls of colorful citrus for making cocktails sit atop a twenty-foot long bar perfect for grabbing a glass of wine or a bite to eat. As you explore further towards the display kitchen, you enter our lounge, also referred to as the wine library. Knotted wood shelves display our wines, divided up by wine region. Windows surround the North side of the dining room, allowing our guests to gaze out onto the fountain in our courtyard. I describe the décor as thoughtful and collective, creating little vignettes for dining areas. We offer two separate outdoor dining experiences: our courtyard with full service and our front porch great for appetizers, drinks and a game of bocce.

"I always forget how this place doesn't offer as many healthy options as you would expect. Was a bit under the weather so the French onion soup (thankfully not too much cheese and/or bread) and the grilled cheese were just what the doctor ordered. Side salad had too much dressing; again a product of overdoing things rather than offering healthy options. Grilled Cheese add-ins were at least all vegetables and all tasty. While no espresso beverages, coffee was very good to close."

"Fantastic with many healthy options. As always, Michael Cimarusti offers incredible seafood. Raw oysters just as great at much higher end Providence. And there's a lot more available for the less adventurous palette, including fried options. Grilled yellowtail was my choice, and it was perfect. Excellent squash sidedish and New England clam chowder was best I ever had. Much lighter and flavorful. There's like 30 craft beers available on tap, and some good looking for burgers for those who don't want fish at all. Terrific all the way around."

"Been to Magnolia so many times now, and I must confess to settling on three items that are nearly perfect every time. The Crisp - a spicy tequila cocktail that is oustanding is followed by the Kale & Arugula salad, lightly dressed with parmesan and the scallops over risotto. Atmosphere is great and relaxed despite its hustle and bustle location of Sunset and Vine."

Spago Beverly Hills, Wolfgang Puck's legendary, flagship restaurant, continues to set the standard for cuisine, service and style, and is consistently recognized as the ultimate in fine dining. Spago presents a completely new menu and design. The master chef has re-invented the entire menu with his signature farm to table philosophy. Puck, along with Managing Partner and James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Lee Hefter, creates imaginative seasonal menus showcasing the best of California’s produce and products. Spago's new design from Waldo Fernandez complements the food with its clean and simple aesthetic, incorporating natural elements to add an organic feel. Spago is the recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award and received two stars in The Michelin Guide-Los Angeles edition, one of only three restaurants in the city to win this coveted distinction. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, the restaurant earned the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award, the publication's highest honors.
"Everything was phenomenal. Amazing how all of Wolfgang Puck's places, but Spago in particular, remain relevant. Despite changing trends, they still find fantastic combinations and flavors. We had incredible halibut and sole as well as really great lobster pasta dish as a mid-course. Cocktails were flawless. Dessert options were less than usual, but the passionfruit pudding cake, or whatever it was we had, was light and wonderful. Service was tremendous; never were wanting for anything, and all questions were answered along the way."
