"We have been here a few times -- and each visit affirms our review that this restaurant is outstanding. The food is always delicious and the service is attentive. The menu is full of great choices -- and after our selections, we always think about when we need to come back to select the items we didn't choose. This is a great choice for brunch or any meal. Highly recommended. The bonus is that they have free off-street parking!"

Since 1963, Victor’s Cafe, a family-run New York City landmark, continues to be a culinary voyage to Cuba offering an incomparable experience with its harmony of authentic cuisine, hospitality and stylish environment. Victor’s has the unique distinction of being both luxurious and casual, serene and high energy, family oriented and romantic, exotic yet familiar.

The cuisine at Victor’s includes the most delicious, authentic dishes combined with the restaurant’s exclusive creations that represent the evolution of Cuban cuisine. Signature dishes include Victor’s famous black bean soup, shredded beef (“Ropa Vieja”), and roast suckling pig (“Lechon”).

The restaurant itself is divided into three spacious dining rooms, accented with warm lighting, colorful Cuban art, tropical ceiling fans, and lofty sky-lit ceilings. The restaurant's Cuba Lounge is intimate and warm, featuring a tapas menu and a variety of traditional Cuban cocktails such as Mojitos and Sangria.

"We went after a show but this is a great destination on its own. The Sangria, the appetizers, the food and dessert were each prepared to perfection. The restaurant had a sudden crowd since so many came in just after the show and the staff managed it with efficiency. We will definitely be going back -- for a meal -- and perhaps just to visit the bar for a drink and some appetizers."

"...but it is in NYC so we need a reason to want to go back -- and this restaurant just didn't do that. The food was good -- the servers were nice but SO inattentive during a time when the restaurant was less than 30% occupied. There are too many great restaurants in NYC so this is not one we would bother revisiting."

"This was our second visit and we will most definitely be returning for many more visits. The meal was spectacular -- they had a number of pork specials recommended by the server and the recommendations were on point. Delicious food from appetizers through dessert. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful -- the perfect mix. We highly recommend this restaurant!"

Within a beautiful atmosphere of well worn wood, brick and salvaged furnishings, you'll find great food, served by friendly, knowledgeable people. Skinner's Loft is a local spot with a cosmopolitan outlook, featuring fresh ingredients, eclectic dishes, craft beers and a variety of boutique wines and spirits.

A restaurant that captures the spirit of the sea: an outdoor stone patio where food, drink, a year-round indoor dining room where accessible yet sophisticated cuisine is served by a crisp, attentive staff, which revitalizes the tradition of the great seaside restaurants of yesteryear for the modern diner, adding a signature spectacle: expansive views of the Hudson River and lower Manhattan that frame the scene.
