"We expected so much better from Columbia Restaurant. Extremely understaffed on a weekend night, guests were lined up more than 30 min past their reservation time waiting to be seated with more than 25% of the tables empty. Once seated, our waitress had so many tables we only saw her once to take our order during our entire meal. Servers and busboys brought us our meals and filled our water glasses.
We waited over 30 min for our meal to arrive. The food was average at best and it was clear that the kitchen was trying to get out as many meals as quickly as possible. This is a large restaurant which was clearly very disorganized and understaffed. The staff tried hard, but, management needs to do a much better job.

Located at Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL., Bongos Cuban Café draws its inspiration from classic Cuban supper clubs. The multi-level restaurant, lounge and bar boasts a 7,000 square foot indoor restaurant, a 5,000 square foot rooftop lounge with a 360-degree unobstructive view of the entire property and 2 outdoor patios. Inside of the main 7,000 square foot restaurant, guests will experience a chic yet comfortable atmosphere, with white tables and seats which are layered with different textures; polished dark mahogany panels throughout the restaurant; the two-sided main bar (one side features a stage on top of it while the other side extends to the outside of the venue) and a 20 foot window that allows guests to see into a one-of-a-kind custom-made vertical flame rotisserie. Twin glass elevators ascend to the magnificant rooftop lounge adorned with private cabanas and plush lounge seating where guests can enjoy libations under the stars.

Red Lantern is unlike anything Foxwoods has ever seen before. With a capacity of 225 people, Red Lantern is modeled after its sister property in Boston, and features a redesigned open kitchen, full sushi counter and lounge area. Once again designed by the award-winning Peter Niemitz, the space also features 66 lanterns hanging overhead with the entrance marked by oversized, red ceremonial doors. Featuring a large leather, wraparound couch, high-back red club chairs, black tufted club chairs and acupuncture lamp statues throughout, Red Lantern Connecticut has the same feel so many have fallen in love with, in its Boston counterpart.<br />

"Was really excited to have dinner in what appeared to be a cool place but it was nothing more than a facade. The sushi rolls were mostly rice and nothing special. The rock shrimp appetizer was so small it was like eating bait. The pork filled grief dumplings were OK. Mostl offensive was our table was sticky from layers of grease that you could even smell. Try someplace else"
