Café Boulud Palm Beach is located in the Brazilian Court Hotel at 301 Australian Avenue. The ever changing menu reflects Chef Daniel Boulud’s seasonal French-American cuisine. Seating options include our Mediterranean-hued Dining Room, Outdoor Terrace, and our renowned Fountain Courtyard. We feature a lively weekend brunch for $32 and a $28 prix-fixe weekday lunch. Happy Hour is offered daily in our adjacent lounge and bar from 4pm-7:30pm with live music featured on Thursday and Friday evenings. <br /><br />Two private dining options are offered for Corporate and Private events: The Ballroom (seated events for up to 90; receptions for up to 120) and The Conservatory (seated events for up to 50 and receptions for up to 80). Our two private venues, the Ballroom and the Conservatory, offer our guests flexibility for formal meetings, private business entertaining or social soirées.

The latest trends in cuisine and design come together at Prime to present the most insatiable and fashionable of diners with a first choice dining destination whatever their mood.<br /><br />Please understand that requests for outdoor tables will be honored if possible, but no guarantees can be made for a particular table or dining room. Often, reservations will have to wait for an outdoor table as they are the most popular and the tables are sat on a first come, first served basis. A cool Mediterranean retreat from the city's chaos, with fabric-swathed ceilings and pristine white furnishings. Even on a hectic night, service is calm and competent, and the professional couples at most of the tables seem to be speaking in peaceful whispers. The kitchen offers scintillating versions of hearty, refreshing Greek favorites. Souvlaki is charcoal-grilled and up scaled with filet mignon to produce an impressively tender, succulent result. Wine-marinated octopus legs are also charcoal-grilled, resulting in astounding flavor and not a hint of rubberness. Classics like garlicky skordalia, fava beans, sauteed chicken livers over lentils, and spanakopita are all best-of-breed versions, the latter prepared as a platter of bite-sized pies. A sizeable portion of moussaka, consisting of layers of juicy ground lamb and eggplant, tied together by a superlative béchamel. For dessert, the array of delicate pastries and the deeply creamy rice pudding are excellent without exception.
