Riccardo started his career at a very young age in Milan's prestigious "GIRARROSTO" family owned. Then, in 1982 he moved to the United States and he opened the famous Sonny Bono's in Los Angeles. In 1987 he started to work with his cousin Roberto Ruggeri (owner of Bice's Venture), with him he opened Bice New York, Los Angeles and many others around the world. <br /><br />Now, after three years as Executive Chef of Bice in Chicago, and together with his wife (and sous chef), Veronica, and his cousin (and hostess), Barbara, he decided to continue his gastronomic artistry and creativity in his restaurant named after himself "Riccardo Trattoria."<br /><br /><br />Here through the craftsmanship of an Italian food connoisseur, dishes are prepared with an almost zen-like essentiality that has shaped Riccardo's professional and existential life course.

Justice Snow’s is Aspen’s favorite restaurant and bar with a landmark location next to the historic Wheeler Opera House in the heart of downtown Aspen. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Lunch, and dinner menus at Justice Snow’s are developed seasonally by Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow’s serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity under the direction of renowned ‘cocktail mechanic’ Joshua-Peter Smith. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests’ personal tastes.

Twenty Twenty Grille in Royal Palms Place of Boca Raton, Florida has a menu that goes far beyond Contemporary American Cuisine; it is a true Culinary Fusion of International classics and Modern food Art. <br><br>Chef Ron Weisheit has been in the culinary field for over 25 years. He was a top graduate of San Francisco Culinary Academy and was awarded 3 gold medals at the Culinary Olympics, in Germany. His wife Rhonda also graduated at the top of her class in Portland, Maine Culinary school and was the Executive pastry chef for number of years. Together they developed menu items that span from the International Classics to more extraordinary and adventurous.

"As usual, this is a great place to do Sunday brunch, especially when visiting students at nearby American University.
The eggs are always well prepared, and the combo of a meal, coffee and drink beverage make for a "deal"

"We were a group of 6 celebrating an end of college year with my daughter and 3 friends. The number of guests changed several times prior to our reservation,l and they were most gracious about it.
our greeting was warm and friendly (in Spanish).
we had several tapas dishes to start, and then had 2 different paellas, which were both great, and the filet in gorgonzola cheese, which was also excellent. The temparenillo red reserve was excellent. The desserts were "nuevo", and not characteristic of the menu style, and were only fair. Prices are expensive, but what would be expected.
We closed the restaurant at 10:30Pm, which would be very early in Madrid...everyone was at the White House Press Corp dinner, I guess.

"We went on a Friday night, last minute, and had a nice table in a side room, with very personal and professional waitress.
The staff was attentive, without being obtrusive.
The menu is quite limited, but all well prepared. We shared a 24 oz. porterhouse steak, with 2 sides and 2 appetizers, which was plenty of food. The steak was perfect, onion soup was good, not great.
When asked if this was a special occasion, we replied, "just a Friday".... But she brought a complimentary sampler dessert anyway.
A very nice, albeit expensive night out.
