NORMAN'S, at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, offers the unique flavors of celebrity Chef Norman Van Aken's “New World Cuisine." Conveniently located just 2 miles from the Orange County Convention Center, NORMAN'S is the recipient of the prestigious AAA 4 Diamonds and Mobil 4 Stars Awards as well as the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. <br /><br />NORMAN'S cuisine, is a celebration of the many different culinary and cultural influences that make Florida a unique place; it seamlessly combines Caribbean, Latin-American, and Asian flavors in dishes such as Yuca stuffed Crispy Shrimp, Key West Yellowtail Snapper, or Roasted Pork Havana.

"We celebrated a family get-together in Orlando as well as my son's 25th birthday.
Not always easy to find outstanding food in Orlando area, and Norman's fit the bill.
The service throughout the evening was outstanding and all parts of the meal were unusual and well prepared. Especially noteworthy were the steak tartare tapas, the Brazilian Conch chowder and the Serrano encrusted Sea Bass.
The wine list was extensive and overpriced (4 times retail costs), to be expected.
A memorable evening for special occasions.

Located in the stylish 5 Palms Building in Downtown Boca Raton, La Nouvelle Maison breathes new life into the French dining experience. Guests arrive via our porte-cochere entrance and are treated to the chic and intimate décor of the three main dining rooms that offer both traditional and modern settings. The dining areas surround the focal point of La Nouvelle Maison, a spacious bar and lounge area accented by a floor-to-ceiling, custom-designed glass display case housing 1300 wines and Champagne that encompass 300 labels from throughout the world. Our menu artfully blends classical recipes with modern culinary elements, producing dishes that highlight the unique flavors of French fare. Tout va bien a La Nouvelle Maison! <br /><br />We cater to all dietary needs and restrictions.<br />

Le Colonial transports guests to another time and place, vividly recapturing the beauty, romance and spirit of 1920's French-Colonial Southeast Asia. Le Colonial invigorates the senses with exquisite décor and savory authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Le Colonial offers two unique dining options: The first floor dining room is adorned with louvered shutters, woven rattan chairs, potted palms, slow-moving ceiling fans and nostalgic black and white photos of turn-of-the century life in Saigon. The upstairs lounge includes a spacious, fully stocked mahogany bar, plush couches for enjoying light fare, dining tables and a veranda, for keeping warm in winter and cool in summer. Complete with unique, delicately prepared Vietnamese cuisine, Le Colonial is the perfect setting for an after-work social or a romantic evening for two.

"The restaurant remains a fun evening out. The ambiance is striking on entrance, and the host's greeting is pleasant, if not a little cool. The starters were varied, and our waiter made some great recommendations.
The menu is somewhat limited, but the fish selections are tasty and well prepared, especially the trout dish.
All 5 of our entrees were enjoyed, however the shrimp entree was slightly too spicy.
The vietnamese coffee was a great finish to the meal.

Tryst is a local restaurant with a neighborhood pub feeling. Our menu is inspired by the rich Bar culture of Europe, with an emphasis on seasonal, mostly local, farm fresh ingredients

Riccardo started his career at a very young age in Milan's prestigious "GIRARROSTO" family owned. Then, in 1982 he moved to the United States and he opened the famous Sonny Bono's in Los Angeles. In 1987 he started to work with his cousin Roberto Ruggeri (owner of Bice's Venture), with him he opened Bice New York, Los Angeles and many others around the world. <br /><br />Now, after three years as Executive Chef of Bice in Chicago, and together with his wife (and sous chef), Veronica, and his cousin (and hostess), Barbara, he decided to continue his gastronomic artistry and creativity in his restaurant named after himself "Riccardo Trattoria."<br /><br /><br />Here through the craftsmanship of an Italian food connoisseur, dishes are prepared with an almost zen-like essentiality that has shaped Riccardo's professional and existential life course.

Justice Snow’s is Aspen’s favorite restaurant and bar with a landmark location next to the historic Wheeler Opera House in the heart of downtown Aspen. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Lunch, and dinner menus at Justice Snow’s are developed seasonally by Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow’s serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity under the direction of renowned ‘cocktail mechanic’ Joshua-Peter Smith. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests’ personal tastes.
