Raffaella Morelli, born, raised and educated in Rome, Italy, has been Salvatore’s heart and soul, since its opening in late 1987. Passionate about her country of origin’s cuisine, she has painstakingly trained a staff, with whom together, she has made Salvatore’s one of the best dining spots in the City.

Deceivingly simple, Raffaella’s dishes, using the finest and freshest of ingredients, find a delicate balance, only achievable through her many years of loving labor in the kitchen, saying, “Each dish is much more than a combination of flavors. It is a reflection of Italy’s history, culture, and inherited memories.” Consequently, one experiences flavors, aromas and subtle textures, rarely found even in the best restaurants of Italy.

With a philosophy of “hospitality over pretention,” every guest is treated as if she or he were a loved family member at each and every step of their dining experience.

Benvenuto & Boun Appetito!

"We celebrated our 1st anniversary at Salavtore's and will be making it a tradition! The notably romantic ambiance (including all white bar, chandeliers, and a harp player) paired with our delicious meal made this a night to remember."

Almond, an American bistro located in New York City’s bustling Flatiron District, combines the best of farm-to-table cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere.
Co-owner and Executive Chef Jason Weiner offers a menu of accessible dishes that put market-fresh ingredients center stage. Classic Almond dishes include Steamed Black Mussels with Shallots and White Wine and Roast Chicken with Hand-Crushed Potatoes and Natural Jus, while a list of “plats du jour” range from Roasted Whole Fish to Heritage Farms Porkchop to Rack of Lamb.
Our wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines from regions across France and California. A specialty cocktail list, New York state craft beer selection, and raw bar selections are all available, along with our entire menu, at the restaurant’s spacious 20-seat bar.

Private dining spaces are perfect for larger parties and a hidden European-style billiards room adds to the restaurant’s charm.

Featuring the dynamic pairing of Master Sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi and design impresario Philippe Starck, Katsuya by Starck is truly a feast for the senses. With specialty cocktails, unique rolls and spectacular sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skillfully translates Japanese flavors to the American palate. Signature dishes include Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Miso-Marinated Black Cod. With superb talent and exacting precision, Katsuya by Starck is changing the face of Japanese cuisine. Upon its debut, Katsuya Brentwood was named one of Travel + Leisure's "Best New Restaurants," and it continues to garner acclaim as one of OpenTable's "50 Hottest Restaurants in the U.S." and the Los Angeles Times Readers' Choice "Best Sushi Restaurant" in Southern California.

Opening at SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Labor Day Weekend!

"Pecorino: This newcomer from two former Toscano employees is one of the most exciting new restaurants of the year, serving one of the most refreshingly original and authentic Italian menus in the city. Bravo!" "Angeleno Magazine" "Choose any dish on Pecorino's menu and travel through Italy while dining! Raffaele will cook your spaghetti "Cacio e Pepe" or "Carbonara" just like the best restaurants in Rome would offer. The "Branzino stuffed with artichoke will make you feel you are in Capri again, the veal chop with Porcini will take you straight to Abruzzi. The strawberry almond cookies "Millefoglie" &the Pecorino cheeses cannot be missed. Ask Mario or Giorgio to suggest their favorite Italian wines and your dining experience can only be duplicated on your next visit to Pecorino (or Italy)." "LOS ANGELES MAGAZINE"

"Wonderful restaurant with delicious homemade pastas (the veal ravioli was fantastic) The brick walls and dim lighting created a romantic ambiance. Reservations needed."
