Johnny V opened in December of 2003 and features the unique cuisine of Chef Johnny Vinczencz. The food is Regional American with Latin and Caribbean influences. Chef Vincencz combines the freshest ingredients of South Florida with a beautifully blended selection of spices from the Caribbean and South America. The result is a wide ranging menu of unique items, like blue corn crusted calamari and ancho cinnamon grilled pork tenderloin. Sporting bold compositions and beautiful presentations, the cuisine at Johnny V is like a trek through America's Heartland by way of the islands. The Chef and his staff have worked had to make dining in this restaurant an elegant adventure. The restaurant has received numerous accolades including 4 stars from the Miami Herald, 4 Stars from the Sun-Sentinel and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence. In 2005, it was voted #1 of the top 100 restaurants in the Sun-Sentinel as well as Best New Restaurant in Conde Nast Traveler.

"Johnny V's is constantly listed as one of the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale and for good reason. It is excellent. We loved the pork chop served with Sweet Potato Hash, Baby Green Beans with Jamon Serrano, Chunky Apply Sauce, Cranberry Sorbet and the sauteed yellowtail snapper. Very innovative menu."

Our steaks are selected from Prime mid-western aged beef, hand cut and cooked to order. Our seafood is purchased directly from "Day boat fishermen", prepared simply and cooked to perfection. Oyster lovers can select the best oysters available, from the North West. Don’t call for seafood specials for the evening prior to 4:00 p.m....Chef is still at the airport...we just don't know, yet! Z's Oyster Bar and Steakhouse also features a Wine Spectator award winning wine list with over 600 different selections. Relax, and enjoy our award winning food, wine, and service. We look forward to seeing you soon.

"First, service is impeccable, from the moment the hostess greets you to the outstanding care the waiter takes with everything. Raw oysters, fresh daily, were terrific. Ceviche was tremendous burst of flavor. Wedge salad done with care. Mint Julep and old-fashioned were terrific as well"

"Love this place. Near the Humana Play Festivial, it is a gem of a Southern restaurant. Seafood gumbo was thick and rich and brimming with flavor. Special care is taken with flown in fresh daily oysters. Love the house barbecue sauce which is nice and spicy. Will return. And service is excellent."

Dish on Market is Downtown Louisville's home of Brunch seven days a week and Prime Rib served eleven different ways. With small plates ranging from Reuben won tons to house made hummus and fresh salads from Cobb to Greek, you're sure to find something for everyone. Dish has some outstanding signatures such as Fish and Chips, The Dish Burger, and Shrimp and Grits. Locally owned with an emphasis on high quality local cuisine at a reasonable price.

"About 8 of us in town for the Humana Play Festival had a lovely meal here. Salmon, fried chicken and meatloaf were outstanding. The fish and chips were good but only one medium-sized, but on the small of medium, piece of fish did not warrant the price. Bread pudding which the waitress raved about and which was supposed to have a burbon icing was dry with very little icing. We were only about three or four parties eating on the Thursday we were there. But service seemed to be on the slow side. At one point the owner came out and removed a few dirty dishes but most of us still had dirty dishes in front of us while dessert was served."

"Shooter's Waterfront has been redesigned and updated with a new decor, new chef and new menu. And this is truly a gem not just for waterfront dining but also for its meals. Scallops with shrimp and bacon grits were so flavorful. Fried calamari gets a Thai approach with peanuts, scallions and an excellent sauce. Tuna tartare was fresh. Cheesecake creme brulee was as good as it sounds. Service quite good. Only flaw is the too loud music. Shooters cannot be an upscale restaurant unless it lowers the volume on the music. WE COULD NOT HEAR EACH OTHER...LOWER THE MUSIC."

Swank Southern Kitchen (as it"s name implies) is just that. A Southern-inspired eatery and bar featuring kicked-up versions of down-home dishes in a setting fit those looking for that Southern hospitality everyone loves, with a whole lotta swagger to boot. Southern dishes with contemporary interpretations that will make even the staunchest Southern foodie wanting more.

"Swank Southern Kitchen offers wonderful southern food with a modern twist. Fried green tomatoes get a sophisticated approach. Chicken fried steak features filet and it was wonderful. I so want to go back here soon."

Michy's is the golden child restaurant created by husband and wife team David Martinez and Michelle Bernstein. This modern bistro located in the up and coming neighborhood of Miami’s “Upper East Side”, awakens the 69th block on gritty Biscayne Boulevard with its glowing lights and bustling energy. Chef Bernstein and her team utilize seasonal ingredients and draw upon local farmers and fisherman to create whimsical bistro dishes, a style she coins as “luxurious comfort food.” The menu is comprised of an eclectic range that includes Michelle’s Jewish-Argentinean background, classical French training and a love for all things Spain with a sprinkling of homey Italian. From Crispy Fried Poussin, to Ceviche, to Braised Short Ribs, there is literally a little something for everyone. The goal is to enjoy yourself, to enjoy every bite and to take your palate on a ride!

"Michelle Bernstein's flagship restaurant lives up to its reputation of excellence. Service was impeccable, from the bartender who gave us two small tastings of wine so we could choose to the waiter who was just wonderful. Food is impeccable. We shared two appetizers and two entrees and each was perfect. Appetizers were Jamon Serrano & Blue Cheese Croquetas and Duck Confit. Entees were Tiny Diced Seafood Spaghettini and Salt Crusted Yellowtail Snapper. Perfect."

SeaSalt is inspired by its location near the water and is dedicated to seafood and its accompaniments. Chef Fabrizio Aielli brings to his cuisine an infusion of the simplicity of Venetian home cooking, learned at his mother’s knee, along with the upscale and innovative techniques he has garnered during his years of practice in fine restaurants in Italy, the Caribbean and Washington, DC. He explores time-honored methods and melds them with the new, bringing a handcrafted and honest restoration of traditional dishes. As far as possible, ingredients are sourced from local producers and markets and the disherfolk. Chef Fabrizio Aielli is inspired by the mainstays of the seafood repertoire, using organic and local produce, wild caught seafood, poultry and meat raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products whenever possible, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.

"Sea Salt-Naples is a wonderful restaurant, innovative with food, terrific service and lovely ambiance. A variety of salts are on the table, playing off the name, and fresh made chocolates are near the kitchen. Our Caesar salad and mahi mahi sandwiches were great. Want to come back for dinner"

Recipient of numerous awards for culinary excellence, the restaurant is known as one of the finest dining establishments on America’s east coast serving fresh seafood by the waterway. It is a well-known fact that Blue Moon offers the finest waterfront dining in Fort Lauderdale and is in the top tier of acclaimed restaurants within the entire South Florida region.

Blue Moon's elegant interior dining room is decorated in authentic Art Deco style with high ceilings, inlaid wood, carved accents and frosted art glass partitions featuring an underwater theme.

There's nothing quite as magical as enjoying an expertly crafted gourmet meal on the Blue Moon terrace where the boats pass by in graceful motion throughout the day and night.

"This is THE waterfront dining in Fort Lauderdale. The food is wonderful as is the service. You can sit outside or still have a good view inside. The steamed clams mussells appetizer was brimmng with more than a dozen mussells steamed with tomatoes, rosemary, pancetta, wine and lemon. Wonderful! The Caesar salad with fried oysters and the Greek salad with chicken were great, too."
