Ethos—it is that which guides, a character, a moral. At Ethos, we very much adhere to the root of this word. Our menu guides you to the sun-drenched islands of Greece, as we embrace the rich character of its traditional dishes. We adhere to a strict moral code using only the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from Crete and fresh fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean.
Inside the modern ambiance there are threads of the traditional Greek eateries woven with the stylish island chic of Mykonos. We invite you to celebrate our centuries-old recipes, like fava from Santorini, all telling a new story of modern Greek cuisine with traditional ingredients taking inventive turns.
Prepared traditionally, re-imagined contemporary. our Ethos is an adherence to the purity of the sea and the sun, the freshness of our ingredients and the spirit of our beautiful culture.
“Ya mas” as we say in Greece, or “To Our Health”.
"Had heard great things about Ethos and it did not disappoint. My friend and I went there on an Amazon Local deal and the special menu was quite varied and the portions generous. We each had an appetizer; my friend got the stuffed eggplant rolls and I ordered the variety of dips with pita. Both were delicious. For the main course, I had a shrimp paella dish with orzo that was yummy...lots of shrimp. My friend had the chicken breast kabob with rice pilaf which she thoroughly enjoyed. Our special dinner came with a bottle of wine and an assortment of Greek desserts. The only negative is the noise level is really high. Difficult to have a conversation. Other than that, an excellent find."

Our menu changes seasonaly to incorporate the only the freshest ingedients. In essance a home away from home that does not break the bank!
Pairing elegance with comfort, this friendly environment is the ideal place to relax.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

"Bailey's appears to be a local pub and hangout for folks who work in the Wall Street area. Had late lunch there and the food was better than I would have expected for this type of eatery. My friend and I both had the Cobb salad which was hearty and had all the right ingredients including fresh ahi tuna, avocado, crisp bacon and a tasty champagne dressing. Good prices, attentive (but not overbearing) service and decent wine list."
