Sausalito's Reviews

Close to Union Square and closer to Paris, Cafe Claude has remained an unpretentious neighborhood meeting place nestled amongst the urban skyscrapers. Cafe Claude is a classic Bistro featuring a zinc bar, Gallic waiters, and Paris cafe style food. Enjoy a lively atmosphere, weekend jazz, and a traditional Parisian cafe menu while seated in a cozy banquette or outdoors on charming Claude lane.

Signature menu items at Cafe Claude include, at lunch, Niçoise Salad, Steak Tartare, Coq au Vin, and Moelleux au Chocolate.

"I've always loved this little Union Square French restaurant. The food is reasonably good and the service is generally good as well. For this reason, I booked a table to have a business dinner.
To my dismay, however, they had very very loud music which made it very difficult to talk without shouting. I spoke to a waitress about it and she admitted it was quite loud but it remained that way through dinner. When I go to dinner I really want to be able to have a reasonable conversion with my dinner guest. I will not be back without making sure they don't have music."

We offer a small market driven menu that changes nightly, with wine pairings offered by the glass and half glass to accompany your meal.

"The wine pairings with each dish are terrific and interesting. The food was very carefully prepared and the staff friendly. Once you add the wine pairings (which are not great pours), you end up with a stiff price tag."

Wildfish is located in the heart of downtown Arlington Height, delivering the concept of contemporary Japanese dining by fusing traditional and urban cultures. Wildfish has been known to be a hidden gem as it is tucked away in the corner of downtown Arlington Heights. Wildfish’s establishment in 2001 paved the way for its sister restaurants in Deerfield and Batavia.

* Cannot combine with any other offers or buffet night. (group on or living social)

"My most recent meal was really very nice. The place has a cozy family run feel about it. All the sushi was very fresh and well prep-pared. The prices were reasonable. The service was friendly and somewhat inattentive.
I would definitely go there again."

"The Bachelor Farmer has been my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis even beating out the 112 Eatery. This time, having eaten at both restaurants this week, I have to say that the flavors just didn't meld well and the food was not as exciting as usual.
TBF always has an creative menu, an expensive wine list with glasses and half-bottles frequently available.
The service is good and cheery."
