Left Bank is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie located in the historic Blue Rock Inn in charming downtown Larkspur. Built in 1895 during the railroad era, The Blue Rock Inn was a popular weekend destination for San Franciscans to come dance and picnic under the stars.

Open since 1994, Left Bank continues to be a destination for folks from all over the Bay Area to enjoy a casual snack on the sunny terrace, a glass of wine or hand crafted cocktail at the lively bar, or an elegant dining experience near the fireplace. At Left Bank, you are sure to capture the true feeling of the Rive Gauche in Paris.

Nineteen years of working with local organic farms allows us to bring you the best seasonal ingredients available. Chef de Cuisine Fabrice Marcon offers an often changing, French brasserie menu of hearty, rustic, and authentic dishes featuring a diverse selection of natural meats, sustainable seafood, fresh local vegetables, salads and sumptuous desserts.

"I hadn't been to a Left Bank restaurant since the Pleasant Hill location was closed several years ago. It was wonderful to be back and I think the food has improved and the menu expanded. I do enjoy the LB Francophile experience and all the old favorites including onion soup and wondrous desserts. I'm looking forward to a return visit soon!"

Thomas Keller’s ad hoc, which literally means "for this purpose," was originally intended to be a temporary restaurant, open during the development of a very different concept. But, due to its loyal following, it was decided that it must be a permanent fixture in Yountville. ad hoc serves a prix fixe, 4-course chalkboard menu, changing daily. Food is served family style and reminiscent of the comfort food with which Chef Keller grew up.

"Ad Hoc is a great destination for voracious eaters. Everything is served family style in great quantities and I suspect that the quality may suffer a tad from preparation of massive batches of the same food. On my most recent visit we were there for the heralded fried chicken night. The chicken is good and moist but the coating looked over cooked. Two people were served eight pieces of chicken, that seems excessive to me, and a waste."

As one of San Francisco's premiere destination dining establishments, MoMo's is conveniently located directly across from AT&T Park. Serving inspired American Bistro Cuisine, MoMo's offers a popular bar, both inside and outside dining, private settings for special events, and valet parking. A favorite of both local and visiting celebrities, as well as the cities' beloved Giants team, a meal at MoMo's is always memorable.

"Momo's on a Giants' game day is an extension of the ballpark and just as much fun. The food and service is a bit haphazard because of the natural high-spirited chaos involving fans, restaurant patrons and the drinking-only crowd out front. Just sit back and enjoy it all!"

"Celadon is an old friend that never disappoints. The food is artful and the service always professional and friendly. On this visit I enjoyed the pasta of the day which was fresh made fettuccine with seafood, absolutely incredible! I look forward to a return visit and heartily recommend it."

"This was our first time at Tommy V's (visiting for spring training from the Bay Area) and it was a welcome surprise. The organic handmade pasta is a must; the menu is delightful, the service impressive, and it's not as noisy (bar loud) as other places in Old Town Scottsdale. I plan return visits whenever I'm in town!"

"This was a special Indian dinner with a guest chef (Neela) so the Q's food was not served. Neela's food was good but not great, some was over-cooked and I missed the usual accompaniments (chutneys, yogurt sauces)."
