“Socarrat” is that delectable, scrumptious crust that forms at the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice has reached its peak of succulence. In other words, “socarrat” is the result of paella cooked to perfection. To us, we have come to think of “Socarrat” as a standard of perfection to aim for in everything we do. <br /><br><br> <br />We look forward to sharing the best flavors of Spain with you. SALUD!

It is an ideal way to share a meal with family and friends. <br /><br />Gyu-Kaku Midtown has a variety of original sauces which it uses as marinades and provides for basting of its select meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables. <br />We are the one of the only restaurant in the city that serves Japanese "Wagyu" top-graded premium beef, as well as US Kobe beef.<br /><br />With your meal, we have selections of Wine, Sake, Shochu and original cocktails you can pair.
