"I have been going to Arte Cafe for over 10 years. It is a solid restaurant with very good basic Italian food. The service can be spotty occasionally, but overall is good too."

"The food is still very good. The only disappointment is that they took Paella off the menu. We were told that is temporary, really?"

"My only complaint on this visit was the service by the food runners and bus staff. They really need better training on when to bring and take food to and from the table."

"It's kind of what you would expect when a celebrity chef does a restaurant in a Times Square hotel. Todd English has definitely done better. My steak was somewhat overcooked. That is a pretty basic mistake. The entire meal had peaks and valleys. There were definitely some highlights too, otherwise it could have been a borderline rating of fair."
