Barrio boasts the best chef-driven Latin food and the largest Tequila list that the Twin Cities has to offer. Using locally sourced ingredients, our chefs make every last dish on the menu a memorable one. Whether you want a Maragrita, a taco, or some freshly made Guacamole, Barrio has all your bases covered. After dinner, hit the dance floor and take in an eclectic mix of Latin, reggaeton, and all of today's greatest music spun by our in house DJ's.

PUBLIC kitchen+bar is located in the historic Noyes & Cutler Building, overlooking Mears Park in historic Lowertown, St. Paul. Casual sophistication in the dining room combined with the preservation of the original historic character of the space provide a comfortably setting to enjoy PUBLIC’s contemporary, American cuisine, focusing on seasonality and house made ingredients. Enjoy hand-crafted cocktails, great wines, and craft beers from our bar on the main level over-looking the open kitchen. <br /><br />Alternatively, the lower level features a 1920’s prohibition era lounge available for pre-or post-dinner drinks, classic cocktails or a separate menu of small plates available until 2 AM. The small plate menu in the lower level consists of fourteen items meant to be shared. The lounge level is also available for private events accommodating up to 175 guests. <br /><br />PUBLIC looks forward to welcoming you!<br />

Star Noodle is a small restaurant featuring a creative menu of “Asian Small Plates”: Fresh island products prepared with a focus on the simple and elegant flavors of the various Asian cultures.
