Coyote Cafe continues to be Santa Fe's most famous restaurant, celebrating our 28th year!

Our Executive Chef, world-renowned Eric Distefano, creates inspired, contemporary, global cuisine with subtle French & Asian influences.

Must-have dishes include Foie Gras & Diver Scallop, Futomaki Caesar Salad and the legendary 24-ounce "Cowboy Cut" Ribeye, a nod to our Southwestern legacy.

Chef Eric brings along his signature dish, Peppery Elk Tenderloin. Also try the Chilean Sea Bass, Hawaiian Ahi Sashimi and of course, Green Chile Mac 'n Cheese.

An Award Winning Wine List - with hard to find selections like Sine Qua Non - is complemented by a full bar which includes unique signature cocktails. During Summer Our Rooftop Cantina serves New Mexican specialties and cocktails in a casual outdoor rooftop setting (our rooftop accepts walk-in diners only).
