Coyote Cafe continues to be Santa Fe's most famous restaurant, celebrating our 28th year! <br /><br />Joining Coyote Cafe as Executive Chef is world-renowned Eric Distefano. Chef Eric brings with him an inspired, contemporary, global cuisine with subtle French & Asian influences elevating Coyote Cafe's Southwestern Style. <br /><br />Must-have dishes include Foie Gras & Diver Scallop, Futomaki Caesar Salad and the legendary 24-ounce "Cowboy Cut" Ribeye. <br /><br />Chef Eric brings along his signature dish, Peppery Elk Tenderloin.Also try the Chilean Sea Bass, Hawaiian Ahi Sashimi and of course, Green Chile Mac 'n Cheese. <br /><br />An Award Winning Wine List with hard to find selections like Sine Qua Non is complemented by a full bar which includes unique signature cocktails. During Summer Our Rooftop Cantina serves New Mexican specialties and cocktails in a casual outdoor rooftop setting (our rooftop accepts walk-in diners only).
