Tim Shafer's Cuisine/Chef Fredy's Table in Morristown continues to live up to its reputation of serving Excellent New American Food in an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. Our innovative cuisine is being led by Executive Chef Fredy Umanzor’s artistry as quoted by the Star Ledger’s FOUR ****’s stellar review. Our cuisine has very unique flavors and accents ranging from simple dishes to elaborate creations of culinary art form and of course our dazzling presentation such as the double Cut Stuffed Pork Chops, Farmed Raised Ostrich and Maine Salmon Fillet<br /><br />The elegant ambiance, sophisticated menu and impeccable service are the ingredients for an unforgettable dining experience or the perfect setting for any business luncheon. "Wonderful restaurant, excellent food, BYOB, staff was friendly, professional and perfect! The zucchini flowers appetizer was delicious and different. The sauce around them was delicious with a little kick! Will definitely be back!"

"We had a Father's Day brunch and had made reservations but they only take reservations to sit inside. That was ok because we were meeting people that we hadn't seen in a long time and wanted to talk as the outside was very loud. We all (4) ordered Bloody Mary's and the usual style of Eggs Benedict and none of us liked their recipe. We thought it was overpriced at $18. The Hollandaise sauce indicated it was lemony on the menu but we didn't taste any lemon flavor at all. It was ok but not great."

A 2012 DiRoNa award winner featuring three unique dining rooms. The Seafare of Williamsburg introduces a 91-item menu that features fresh seafood, certified prime beef and tender veal. Our speciality is sauton ceramic cooking where seafood is simmered in its own juices and blended with ingredients.

"We went there on our last night in Williamsburg with my family. There were multiple problems with the service due, we believe, to either a waiter being new or maybe moved from busboy to waiter as he forgot many things however he was nice: (no salad for one of the dinners that included one). We had to ask other waiters for horseradish, butter, etc. He didn't know his food items as he mixed up the two kinds of fish for two people and we had to reorder, then they ran out of the replacement dish and ordered a third meal. It was a 2 1/2 hour dinner by the time we left; however, the manager and one of the waiters who prepared the flaming desserts came to the rescue. Management ended up giving us dessert & coffee and credited us one meal."

"We loved The Haven Rooftop! Service was great, atmosphere fun and food was terrific. Four of us shared appetizers and wine list was great and reasonable. Came back the following day with friends again. Perfect day in the City!"

"Try the scallops, best I've ever had, as an appetizer, comes with risotto, a little sweet, yummy! Wanted the Chilean Sea bass special but they ran out so had a 14 oz. pork chop instead, delicious too."
