"I love dining at Saju Bistro! The menu, service, atmosphere are consistently excellent. I am partial to the mussels, the onion soup, the salmon - and, how could I not sing the praises of the fabulous chocolate mousse ?? A true find!"

Ruby Foo’s brings the bold flavors of Beijing, Bangkok and Tokyo to Times Square in a big-box setting that is as boisterous as it Broadway neighborhood. Described as “imaginative” by New York Magazine, the 300 seat space and approachable Pan-Asian cuisine is perfect for dinner pre or post show, lunch with clients, brunch with kids, private parties, and any other occasion imaginable. People watch at a Broadway-facing table over pad thai, sample some of the best rolls in the neighborhood at the 20-seat sushi bar, share assorted dim sum at a banquet and finish with a Dessert Bento Box. Tight on time? Take freshly-baked theater treats like Chocolate Chip Cookies and Caramel Popcorn to go. Or, get sushi and dim sum delivered to your door!

"Wow! What consistancy over all the years I have come here - and everything is about the same (except the prices). The service is great, the restaurant and facilities clean, the food good and solid. One cannot go wrong before seeing a play. Nice selection of beers and drinks as well. Like a well oiled machine, the management truly knows how to run its show. Would recommend making a reservation early in the evening to get one of the nicer tables by the windows."

Gigino Trattoria opened its doors in August of 1994. The owners, Bob Giraldi and Phil Suarez, along with executive chef Luigi Celentano, have kept Gigino flourishing in the ever-changing Tribeca neighborhood. Chef Celentano creates both the menu and wine list, with daily specials of seasonally fresh seafood, game and vegetables. Gigino prides itself on the fact that all their dishes are prepared to order and almost all their pastas and breads are house-made. Fresh fish specials are featured on the “specials blackboard” daily, and it’s safe to say they also have the best pizza in Tribeca! Dining at Gigino Trattoria is a pleasure every time!

"First time in Tribeca Preforming Art Center...looking for fun place before concert. Gigino truly was outstanding. I had the gnocchi and my mate had the clams vongole. I usually share my dish, but with guilty pleasure, I ate the whole meal offering only a tiny bite! Our secret was to book reservations at 5:30 PM -before the crowds arrive. Attentive service, cannot wait to return!"

"On a freezing cold night and an early curtain, we arrived at the lovely Scarlatto restaurant with no expectations. What a wonderful surprise !!! The staff, the ambience, even the lighting fixtures created a warm atmosphere. Best of all was the excellent meal. The striped bass was exceptional, as was my pea soup - perfect for the frigid weather. As part of the pre-theater menu, our dessert was cappucino ice cream cake. Not to worry, even that was delicious and a sweet ending to a delightful meal."

"I had the best onion soup - and it came with perfect view of the Rockefeller Christman tree. Who could ask for anything more on a cold night in December. Crowds outside...if they only knew just how warm and inviting Brasserie Ruhlmann was inside. Ok, so my sushi was not quite the thing to order after the filling and fabulous soup, but I cannot wait to return to try other items on the menu."

Conveniently located across from Lincoln Center and a startling revelation in shiny black lacquer, Shun Lee exudes Asian chic with grand authority.
For haute Chinese cuisine, it’s among New York City’s best. Regional offerings include crispy Grand Marnier prawns with honey walnuts (Canton), braised sea bass in hot bean sauce (Hunan) and shredded beef with leeks and hot peppers (Szechwan). Specialties include beggar’s chicken baked in lotus leaves and clay (requires one day’s notice), Hunan tripe, sweetbreads with black mushrooms and of course, Beijing Duck.

"I love eating at this Food Hall... Such a special treat. As I write, I am still savoring my Shrimp Burger on a Challah roll. Generous in size and so fresh! We watched two outstanding chefs prepare the fish platters before our eyes. A theater event, where everyone has a front row seat! Highly recommended. Best to make a reservation, especially during peak hours."
