Conveniently located just 2 miles from the Orange County Convention Center, NORMAN'S is the recipient of the prestigious AAA 4 Diamonds and Mobil 4 Stars Awards as well as the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. <br /><br />NORMAN'S cuisine, is a celebration of the many different culinary and cultural influences that make Florida a unique place; it seamlessly combines Caribbean, Latin-American, and Asian flavors in dishes such as Yuca stuffed Crispy Shrimp, Key West Yellowtail Snapper, or Roasted Pork Havana.

"We arrived for 9:00 and were asked by the host to wait while she took phone pictures for another couple. Once seated the table was extremely wobbly. No big deal that was addressed once we mentioned it. Ordered two drinks and wine with dinner. My wife never received her drink we had to ask for it. When the wine was brought over only one glass accompanied it. I had to ask for the second glass. The appetizers came out fairly quickly however the main course took some time. The wait staff seem overwhelmed so that may have been the reason for some of the missteps. The server in particular however was not the friendliest. Maybe she was having a bad day. We weren't until now Don't want to get anyone in trouble just thought you would want to know."

Scott Conant, formerly of L’Impero and Alto, is at the helm of Scarpetta™, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Italian restaurant and an outpost of his recently opened restaurant of the same name in New York City. The restaurant features ocean and poolside views, a wraparound veranda as well as casual dining areas and a cocktail lounge.<br /><br />Scarpetta regional menu comprises clean, crisp flavors prepared in layers to reflect the quality of locally sourced ingredients. Known for coaxing the most sublime flavors out of the simplest ingredients, Conant relies on Florida’s bounty of farm-fresh and organic produce to craft menus of surprising complexity.<br /><br />To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

"This place is awesome! My wife and I have been there four times. Incredible from the moment you enter and are greeted by the host till the time you leave. Never one misstep every time we've visited. Very vibrant decor and energy. A must go."

At Sofrito, the aromatic mix includes the authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine, The magnificent sounds of music from around the world, The Caribbean atmosphere, The delightful living room dining room decor, and fantastic service which takes you back to our Island, Puerto Rico.
