"I discovered Sullivan's in Denver and was thrilled to see one developed in Baltimore. This is secretly one of the best steakhouses in town. It's more of a Capital Grille attire/ambiance, rather than an ultra sophisticated spot like The Prime Rib, but the food always rocks it. Go for Cowboy steak or Mushroom Deluxe preparation for steaks. I sprung for the ultra dry aged Cowboy steak and don't think the extra charge is worth it when their regular Cowboy is awesome. Stick with that. Go here next opportunity. If you don't like noise, be warned, they do have a jazz concept and either live music or jazz playing throughout restaurant, which may be much if you're looking for a quieter affair."

"I've been driving by this place for years and finally made time for the trip to Potomac for a special occasion - my birthday. Normandie Farm missed the mark. The killer was the terrible service, which only got worse after my wife's simple drink order got messed up 3 times in a row. We had multiple waiters, which always drives me crazy. This led to confusion about food and timing. The food was good, but after waiting over an hour for appetizers and having a wait staff that didn't know when to come by or what to ask... or even remember the note about it being my birthday... it felt as if a night at home would have been a better use of my time and dollar. I wouldn't go back unless these reviews begin to trend in the other direction. This place needs work and better management overall. The food was good enough to save this review from being 1 star."

"This is the most sophisticated restaurant in the Olney area. Very fine dining with good menu selection. I would recommend for any special occasion in the area. If any area was open for improvement it would be a refresh of the dining room decor, as there is an amateur mural on the wall that just seems out of place in such a nice restaurant."

The Rowhouse Grille is Federal Hill's neighborhood tavern with worldly offerings. Our two bars and dining rooms provide the perfect casual environment in which to enjoy Executive Chef Tess Mosley's creative execution of American cuisine. With 16 taps in the house, the draft beer selection is consistently varied and changing, featuring craft beers both local and otherwise. Our house specialty is mussels prepared in classic French Bistro fashion, but in a variety of ever-changing broths. If you enjoy mussels, you do not want to leave without having them here. A given week's specials draw inspiration from fresh seasonal ingredients and evolve as the seasons unfold. Daily specials include discounted mussels on Mondays (and the debut of at least one broth), Half price bottles of wine and a fresh seafood dish on Tuesday. Join us Monday through Sunday, and see what a great neighborhood tavern can really be. If inquiring about the tasting bar, please call the restaurant to confirm.

"The restaurant is more of a gastropub concept. Decent food. A nice spot if you want something casual in Federal Hill without being in the thick of the bar scene. I'd go back, but would limit my expectations to what it is - slightly upscale bar food."

"Chelsea's best kept secret..."<br /><br />An unexpected find on a busy Chelsea block, this bi-level gem offers killer Italian fare with seasonal ingenuity in a modern and attractive space overseen by a spot on staff. And the upstairs, speakeasy/bordello-like quarters serves up impressive red meats and pastas in an atmosphere rivaling that of the 1930's. Either way, a sexy vibe and genial staff make either floor a perfect date pick.

"Was visiting for new years eve. The restaurant received good reviews and my local friends had never been. The food was very good and the restaurant ambiance worked well for a special occasion. They had interesting takes on Italian, so be aware that this is more of an American cuisine/Italian fusion restaurant than classic Italian. Most of the concepts worked and overall our party was very happy with the food. The foccacia was amazing. Be mindful of your drinks if you order anything particularly complex - a few mistakes were made, like forgetting olives, in even some of the classic drinks off of the menu. Maybe it was just an off night for the bartender? We'd go back."
