DC Coast is the flagship restaurant of David Wizenberg, Gus DiMillo, and Chef Jeff Tunks, proprietors of Passion Food Hospitality. Located in DC's first Art Deco building, DC Coast strives to redefine classic cuisine and spirits. Chef Miles Vaden puts his own creative twist on the tri-coastal cuisine that has made DC Coast a popular dining spot for the last 15 years while bartender Lauren Lowe mixes up classic Prohibition Era cocktails with her own modern flavor. In addition to the regular menu, DC Coast offers a new tasting menu each month, featuring the cuisine and wine of a different coast from around the world.

"DC Coast had the perfect menu for a Friday night. Great appetizers (the oysters of the day were phenomenal) and a nice wine list. But you MUST try the Asian Smoked Lobster....maybe the best dish I've ever had!!! Save room for dessert, as the souffle of the day is a must have (or go for the homemade doughnuts!)"

At Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, the focus is a total quality dining experience; in the food and wine the steakhouse offers and in the pristine service it provides. The steakhouse features USDA Prime, in-house dry-aged beef, superior to all grades and known for its marbling, texture and flavor. The menu also includes seafood selections from Pacific Blue Fin Tuna to Live Main Lobster.<br /><br />The award-winning wine list boasts over 3,500 selections and the cellars have an inventory totaling over 35,000 bottles from every major fine wine producing region in the world. Both the Dallas and Houston steakhouses received the coveted 2013 Grand Award, which is the highest distinction possible for wine selection by Wine Spectator. Dallas has been proud recipients of this prestigious award since 2011.

"We tried Pappas Bros. Steakhouse (not the other Pappas restaurants nearby) on a recommendation. The steaks are perhaps the best cut steaks (all dry aged) that we've ever found. The lobster deviled eggs and crabcakes rank the best ever! But the real winner (aside from our palates) was the wine list. Deep in everything, we especially enjoyed the Bordeaux selections. So many decisions, that we decided to ask our sommelier, Samuel, for his recommendations. He suggested 3 options and selected the 1990 Leoville Las Cases...it was sublime. The next time and everytime we're back in Dallas...Pappas Bros. Steakhouse will be our first dinner out!"
