New School Diner in Old School Inglewood. We take classic diner fare and make it for foodies. From "Duck Fat Fries" to "Grilled Citrus Salad" to homemade "Meatballs". We are a Food Network featured (You Gotta Eat Here!) scratch restaurant who's goal is to serve you the freshest food in a comfortable friendly environment. Come down and see what we are talking about.

"Tried this place because they offer gluten-free options. Sadly, we had a dairy intolerance to deal with also and Fine Diner adds dairy to their burgers as a binder (a good burger never needs a binder). The food we did ultimately decide on was good. Not great, but good. The hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict was curdled. The hash browns, potatoes of various colours, were yummy and probably the highlight of the meal. Our waiter was absent-minded and service was slow. He was, in his defence, required to seat guests as they arrived, as well as serve a full restaurant. If you have no diet restrictions, and don't mind waiting for service, it's worth a visit."

We serve up made-from-scratch comfort food for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. First time coming to try us out? Don’t be surprised if there is a line-up to get in – especially for weekend brunch. We are very popular…but that’s a good thing, right?
It’s worth the wait, trust us.

Diner Deluxe supports local producers and uses local, ethical, sustainable and seasonal ingredients when possible. We use real butter, fresh herbs and season our dishes with salt and pepper.

We'd like to think of ourselves as your second home – whether it be in our retro-fitted Edmonton Trail location, or our nostalgic, contemporary Aspen Landing location. We believe that food is best served when you're comfortable – and we look forward to making you just that.

"I'm tempted to rate the experience much lower because of a big disappointment. I called before coming to confirm that they could make gluten-free waffles for my six-year-old. I was told yes. You don't promise something to a six-year-old that you can't deliver, unless you want a mutiny on your hands. It was a pretty awful experience. Well handled by mom who convinced the child to have half of her burger instead. The gluten-free bun was dry and fell apart. I buy these same buns myself from CARE bakery - they aren't dry and crumbly unless handled improperly. Not the best place for gluten-free food. The food, in general, is just average. Prices are a little steep for what you get."
