Eddie Merlot's Prime-aged Beef and Seafood starts with U.S.D.A. Prime Beef and the freshest seafood. Eddie Merlot"s has created one of the hottest concepts today; the wine bar provides more than 75 wines by the glass and a very extensive reserve wine collection by the bottle. The bar is stocked with all of the finest spirits and after dinner cordials and Cognacs. Eddie Merlot's boasts a contemporary but stunningly elegant interior design and atmosphere—where guests can have fun, relax and enjoy listening to up-tempo music, while dressed in business or casual attire.

"My filet was cooked to perfection medium rare with a wonderful tasty char on the surface per my detailed request. Wines by the glass were deelish and I asked the bartender for a Vieux Carre complicated martini and she figured it out and made a delicious one with a smile on her face. This restrnt is awesome."

Spending an evening at The Bank is like having an unforgettable dinner party at your best friend’s house. Delectable food, great wine, pleasant conversation, sparkling laughter and the soft clink of silver, china & glass. Homestead is a literal farm-to-table restaurant featuring rustic, yet elegant cuisine from executive chef Chris "Chip" Davies; specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers from beverage director Patrick Henaghan; and desserts and breads from executive pastry chef Chris Teixeira. <br /><br />New for Summer 2014 is a retractable awning for outdoor dining during rainy days. <br /><br />The rooftop patio of Homestead features 80 outdoor seats with full views of our L-shaped 1,000-square foot organic rooftop and vertical hanging gardens. There is over 2500 square feet of edible produce and herbs which is incorporated into all of our dishes and cocktails. <br /><br />The light-filled second-floor interior air-conditioned room at Homestead features an additional 60 seats at tables and another 12 seats at the bar.

"Interesting cocktails didn't show up until after appetizers were served. Specialty cheese with sweet crunch exterior was fun appetizer. Tagliatelle was super mushy and way too salty. Corn "ravioli" specialty was also mushy but tasty. Duct two ways "confit leg" had us expecting the crispy skin classic, but the leg meat had been pulled into shreds off the bone to be different- waaaaaa we wanted the crispy skin! The duck breast along side it was cooked to perfection. Fun place but the dishes and service timing are rough around the edges."

"Great service, we had the fun red/white wine flight and each individual bottle was brought to the table and the wine was introduced to us in interesting fashion. Best bread in the world, even better than French baguettes! Both my wife and I loved our entrees. Classy place."

"Waited with two others at our outdoor table for over 10 minutes for a server to attend to us, as two servers continued ignoring us while serving other tables. Went to hostess and asked if a server was assigned to us and eventually a sullen employee came out. Pasta was mushy and overcooked. Won't go back, that's for sure."
