Graham Elliot Bistro is the third restaurant from Chef Graham Elliot. With focus on the technique and craft of cooking, Graham Elliot Bistro brings the "perfection of simplicity" to the table. Local, farm fresh ingredients help to provide a seasonal menu paired with small production wines and craft beers. Chef Elliot's genuine, approachable personality along with his love of food and music is the inspiration for the bistro.

"GEB is great for foodies. Lots of inventive menu items with foams, marshmallows, and more, but it comes together beautifully! The noise level was a little loud and with Chicago's winter this year, I'd recommend sitting away from the large door in the back as it was a little chilly. The service was top notch - servers were very polite, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of things the entire time."

"Went to Sunday Brunch with a friend at The Clubhouse and the experience was good. There was nothing that was incredible. Of course the food selection was great, but I can't say that anything I ate was outstanding. The service was on the border of fair to good since it took nearly 30 minutes to get the check. But the rest was very good."
