We've MOVED! Our new address is 8700 W. 3rd Street & George Burns Drive. A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and has some Mediterranean influences as well. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. And now, featuring a full bar with premium spirits and specialty cocktails. Reservations are encouraged.

"Let's get one thing straight - Suzanne Goin is one of the best chefs in LA, so this restaurant is notable. High quality food that is prepared well, a great wine selection, and now a really interesting cocktail program are on offer. But Friday night is busy and the waitstaff couldn't keep up. Our server was friendly - when he could serve us. But we had to wait 15 minutes at our table just to get water, 25 minutes to have a pre-dinner cocktail. So if you are in a hurry, you shouldn't come here. Thankfully, our wait was rewarded with very good food for the most part. There was a misfire here and there, but only slightly. I will go back for sure. I can deal with shoddy service as long as they aren't rude."

"This has been my 3rd time here in 3 weeks. Service is inconsistent, but the food is not. For vegan fare, its hard to do better. The drinks are pretty awesome too, although the sangria was much too sweet and didn't really fit the mold of what a good sangria is. Stick to the margaritas and some of the more inventive cocktails of which there are plenty!"

"Always delicious. When I'm in the mood for brunch or any other meal when this place is open and I don't want to risk terrible service or inadequate food at a new or unfamiliar place, I go here. The menu keeps the popular dishes but always changes things up depending on the what is available seasonally. The chef is always friendly when he's not busy making fantastic food, (and his place next door Fishing With Dynamite isn't too shabby either). This place is worth a visit to Manhattan Beach. You can walk to the pier afterwards and look at the ocean. For as hip and popular as this place is, you never feel its status with the staff who are consistently friendly and accommodating. I hope it is open for many years to come."

"The first time I went to this place, the service wasn't good and the mix of snooty clientele and staff was off-putting. But this time the service was friendly, informative and helpful. The bar still has to learn how to please its customers - the purist mixologist standards seem more in place for the owners and bartenders than the customer. (I ordered a mescal "build your own" cocktail and they wouldn't serve it because they were out of the mescal they like to use. Pretty lame when you look at their extensive mescal list.) For vegan cuisine its hard to do better which is why I will be coming back. If not for that, its frustrating when a restaurant looks down on you. Great food but overall condescending atmosphere creates a mixed bag."

Flores and the Ladies Gunboat Society is a market driven restaurant specializing in country cuisine. We offer local/handcrafted California wines and beers. Beautiful outdoor and indoor dining, as well as a pup-friendly patio.

"The food here is southern influenced and delicious. The whole trout was especially good. Some dishes, like the grits were not stunning, but overall, the dining experience was enjoyable and the service was friendly. They make rolls here that one server referred to as crack. He was right. I would definitely consider going back."

Corso is the sister restaurant of Rivoli Restaurant, which Chef/Owner Wendy Brucker & GM/Owner Roscoe Skipper opened in 1994. Corso is a casual trattoria featuring the simple, rustic food of Florence, with a full bar & an all-Italian wine list. We serve dinner nightly.

"The food was so tasty and the waitstaff were so attentive and helpful that I could not stop eating the hand-made pasta, home-made sausage, and the best polenta I've ever had. And I couldn't stop drinking the delicious and innovative cocktails or sampling the wine. I had to pull myself away in a half drunken stupor caused mostly by the overwhelming feelings of culinary bliss I had just experienced. This place is serious and seriously exceptional."
