TACUBA is the vision of Che Julian Medina and Louis Skibar. This boutique restaurant company specializes in offering patrons traditional Latin fare with a gourmet hand, while being surrounded by authentic cultural decor and ambiance. <br />Restaurants include: Toloache 50, Toloache 82, Toloache Thompson, Yerba Buena Perry, Yerba Buena LES, Coppelia & Tacuba.<br />The cuisine ranges from Mexican and Cuban to diverse <br />Pan Latin, with menus offering innovative favor pairings, staple traditional dishes and fresh ingredient cocktails. Fresh is definitely the key word with all Chef Julian creations. <br />

Trattoria Lucia has become a dining destination for so many locals. Chef Ivano, with his years of experience prepares hearty dishes from the extensive menu. Pennsylvania 6, is a new restaurant that is changing the landscape of the Herald Square neighborhood. Bringing with it the feeling of Old New York and a new taste of classic American dining, Pennsylvania 6 is a 21st Century cross between the Oak Room and the Oyster Bar. (The name is a tribute to Pennsylvania 6-5000, the phone number of the nearby Pennsylvania Hotel, made famous in the song of the same name performed by the Glenn Miller Orchestra.) Born of casual American roots with a sophisticated culinary twist, boasting a raw bar stocked with the finest oysters and shellfish, and an artisanal cocktail bar, a craft beer list, and an eclectic wine list, there could be no better time for its introduction, as the neighborhood continues to evolve and the bordering NoMad neighborhood becomes a burgeoning dining destination with The Breslin, John Dory, the Ace Hotel and NoMad.

L'Apicio is located at 13 E. 1st Street (between Bowery and 2nd Avenue). The Italian-inspired restaurant gets its name from the 18th century Italian cookbook, and brings Executive Chef Gabe Thompson's cravable modern Italian food to the East Village. L'Apicio offers a deep cocktail and wine program created by Beverage Director Joe Campanale, while Executive Pastry Chef Katherine Thompson oversees the pastry program. L'Apicio is open for dinner seven days a week and brunch on the weekends, featuring lounge and bar areas and outdoor seating, in addition to the main and private dining rooms.
