Located amidst the antique shops, art galleries, bed & breakfasts, and marinas of Havre de Grace, The Vineyard Wine Bar is a convenient stop for a glass of wine, a light lunch or a rewarding dinner. Showcasing values from around the world and offering interesting and unique grape varietals, from Aglianico to Zinfandel. Our Bistro Menu offers an exciting array of tapas, light and healthy salads, “Flatbreads”, assorted fresh pate, an extensive selection of artisanal cheeses, and specialty desserts…all designed to accompany the great wine selection. Coupled with the wine bar, our retail shop offers an assortment of over 300 fine wines from around the world, specializing in wines that over deliver for the price.

"The large selection of wines is impressive as is the knowledge of its staff. This is the second time I have eaten there, and the food and wine do not disappoint. They serve small plates oozing with flavor. Great place for either an intimate dinner or a gathering of a few friends."

Founding Farmers offers fresh Farm-to-Table American inspired true food and drink in a modern and eco-friendly setting. Our menus include classic dishes made from scratch, inspired by the heartland with sustainably farmed products, with locally sourced items and in-season vegetables and fruits whenever possible.
Guests can gather around one of many community tables and enjoy great family dinner dishes like pot pie, pot roast, roasted chicken, big green salads, rustic farm sandwiches, soups, and rich, delectable pies and other desserts from our seasonal menus, in a comfortable modern farmhouse setting.
As the Greenest Restaurant in DC, Founding Farmers is a Certified Green Restaurant, operates Carbon Neutral with offset credits via CarbonFund.org, and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold restaurant, a combined first for a Washington, DC, restaurant and for a full-service, upscale-casual restaurant in the entire U.S.
