Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay’s only Las Vegas restaurant is Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, delivering his iconic bold Southwestern flair from his acclaimed New York flagship.<br /><br />Designed by renowned restaurant designer David Rockwell, the open space at this Las Vegas restaurant features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest. <br /><br />On the brunch, lunch and dinner menus at his Caesars Palace restaurant, Chef Bobby Flay presents the bright and vivid flavors of his contemorary Southwestern cuisine.This Las Vegas restaurant’s proximity to Mexico gives Mesa Grill access to some of that country's highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings, and the wine list has a global reach yet maintains an emphasis on top American wines as well as the tempranillo and grenache varietals that pair so well with with the spices used in the dishes .<br /><br />

With a menu that pleases the most sophisticated of palates, feast on imported Asian and Japanese fish, imported seafood, sushi rolls and exotic delicacies.<br /><br />There are always delicious surprises in store when perusing the Nobu menu. Indulge in everything from its exclusive truffle tasting experience menu to its imported A5 Japanese Wagyu Banquet prepared on Teppanyaki tables. The most popular dish is the signature black cod with sweet miso in a bite size piece over garlic chips and ginger in a butter lettuce cup.<br /><br />Socialize and be seen in the stylish Nobu Lounge, great for cocktails, dates and large parties. The exclusive lounge menu features appetizing items not available at other Nobu locations, and available only after the main dining room closes. In the mood for sake? Nobu stocks three rare sakes from Japan's Hokusetsu brewery on Sado Island, one of which is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.

Elegant dining at affordable prices make us an easy decision to make when thinking about reservations. Each of our menu items are finished to order and forget about steam tables keeping food hot for hours and hours. Only fresh herbs, imported tomatoes and olive oil are used to finish each dish. Our kitchen staff has worked as a unit for over twenty years guaranteeing the consistency required for repeat dining experiences. Only prime grade meats and poultry are used and we even make our own desserts. Join the locals for our Wednesday Wine madness. Every bottle of wine on our extensive list is half price every Wednesday. "The food was tasty and well prepared. Loud techno and hip-hop music while sitting on the edge of the Casino floor are not not a match with good food and wine. Be a hip bar scene with iffy food or be a great place to enjoy a good meal, you can't do both."

The Silver Grille is a small, family-owned, farm-to-table style restaurant that focuses on serving "Willamette Valley Cuisine", a dining experience focused on local products, an ever evolving menu, inspiration from the surrounding area and a classical cooking background since 2000. At the Silver Grille we work with local growers, farmers and foragers, as well as raising our own produce in our garden and family-greenhouses. We prepare fresh bread, pastas, desserts, charcuterie, salumi, and other items daily in our kitchen. The Silver Grille has recieved the Oregon Wine Press' Superior Cellars award for its dedication to Northwest produced wines. Thank you for supporting our local farms and small businesses.

Little Bird, the bistro by the team behind Le Pigeon, is open from 11:30 to midnight during the week, and from 5 to midnight on the weekends. The food and ambiance are inspired by the bistros of Paris, but are Portland at heart. Little Bird features a great bar, and a large selection of wines with a focus on French, as well as a selection of local options.

"Not like any good Neopolitan pizza I have ever experienced. Soggy crust a bit on the thick side. Sauce had no flavor and only one piece of Basil on the Margarita pizza. The other pizza was equally flavorless except for the excessive charcoal flavor from under the soggy crust. All four of us agreed that the salads were tasty and well done, and the cocktails were inventive, but we were ther for Pizza. We did receive a comp dessert and the staff was pleasant. Sorry but we won't try this one again."
