(five-0-three) offers casual, fine dining with a focus on local, sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes frequently to take advantage of the short growing seasons in the Northwest. We feature an international wine list with a clear focus on boutique wineries found in the Northwest to compliment the locally sourced food.

Eques serves up fresh a la carte breakfast and an American-style buffet seven days a week using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. The restaurant, bringing back the well-known dining spot of the 90s, not only strives to revive Bellevue’s power breakfast, but also focuses on providing a thoughtfully-created menu that combines classic comfort dishes with exciting Northwest flavors. The 139-seat eatery is located on the second floor of the Wintergarden Atrium, between the Olympic and Cascade towers, and provides hotel guests, Eastside executives and locals a bustling café atmosphere to start the day.

Indulge in everything from its exclusive truffle tasting experience menu to its imported A5 Japanese Wagyu Banquet prepared on Teppanyaki tables. The most popular dish is the signature black cod with sweet miso in a bite size piece over garlic chips and ginger in a butter lettuce cup.<br /><br />Socialize and be seen in the stylish Nobu Lounge, great for cocktails, dates and large parties. The exclusive lounge menu features appetizing items not available at other Nobu locations, and available only after the main dining room closes. In the mood for sake? Nobu stocks three rare sakes from Japan's Hokusetsu brewery on Sado Island, one of which is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.

"The food was tasty and well prepared. Loud techno and hip-hop music while sitting on the edge of the Casino floor are not not a match with good food and wine. Be a hip bar scene with iffy food or be a great place to enjoy a good meal, you can't do both."
