HauteDish, a unique culinary concept that both embraces and reinvents classic Midwestern cuisine. Housed in a charming turn of century building in the Minneapolis Warehouse District, this moderately priced full service restaurant presents a casual dining atmosphere in an upscale setting.

Featuring an evocative menu, authentically embracing the cuisine of Spain, Solera offers an unparalleled experiance for social dining in a vibrant, Spanish-influenced atmosphere. In addition to spectacular dinner, dessert and late night menus, guests enjoy an extensive Spanish wine list, organized by region, expertly crafted cocktails and signature sangrias. Solera offers several inside dining spaces including a lounge area, main and private dining rooms, and a tapas bar, along with outdoor patio dining on street level, a private veranda dining space on the second floor and a lively rooftop bar. Fresh menu selections, seafood, house-prepared charcuterie and Spanish cheeses are all served with exceptional, personalized service, right in the heart of the Hennepin Theater district. PLEASE NOTE: The bar, lounge, tapas bar, patio and roof are all seated on a first come, first serve basis.

Welcome to Eat Shop.
Guess what? We are not a sports bar. We are also not a chain. Furthermore, we know our name is a little quirky and unexpected, but so are we. And it kinda grew on us.
Who are we? We are local. We are from the area and noticed how hard it was to get a decent glass of wine. We thought it might be nice to have a place where people could pop in and enjoy some swordfish tacos and a pint of local beer after a movie or grab the neighbors and sink into a big round booth with plates of pasta, and duck salad, maybe a steak or burger, if that is what you're feeling.
We want to be your watering hole, your meet-up, your hang out. We can't promise to be everything to everyone, we won't have trivia nights and probably won't fire up the old popcorn machine, but we will do our best to serve you fresh and modern American food and drinks that give you something to look forward to. We hope we kinda grow on you, too.

"This time The Eat Shop pulled off a very organized evening for a very busy holiday.
Wait staff were friendly, efficient and kept their cool. The food was delicious- We always order the Salmon ( always excellent, good size with varied creative seasonal vegetables) and then try one other selection. I chose one of the salads with the deep fried shrimp- it was OK- too heavy on the blue cheese vinaigrette-We had one appetizer- the Salty pretzels with the cheese dip- and we would not order those again. The sea salt was too heavy for our tastes, but if you like salt- that would be a good choice. The best cocktail EVER is their Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita!!! I adore this drink and would make the drive just for this drink.
