Co-owned by basketball legend Walt "Clyde" Frazier and ARK Restaurants, and located in Hell's Kitchen, not far from Madison Square Garden, "Clyde Frazier's Wine and Dine" is a dramatic three-tiered restaurant with an open kitchen, ample dining rooms, a large bar and lounge. 56 television screens provide sports fans unlimited access to their favorite sports events. There is also a free-throw basketball court for those willing to challenge Clyde. We are open 7 days a week and serve Contemporary American Cuisine. We have an extensive wine list and a menu of cocktails based on Clyde's phrases and sayings.

"3 of us went to Clyde's before a tennis exhibition at Madison Square Garden. The host was gracious in tuning a TV near to us to a Champion's League match. Nice selection of beers on draft. Appetizers of quesadillas (with mushrooms and chiles) and chicken fingers were good. For entrees, we had a burger and 2 chicken dishes. The burger was very good and both chicken dishes were tasty, although the barbecued chicken was more tasty than the chicken paillard. The space is huge, with enough Clyde-themed stuff to be interesting to fans of the Knicks or of Clyde in particular."

"Fresh oysters were great! Lobster chowder also was terrific. Entrees of Chilean Sea Bass and Delaware striped bass were very good. Service was outstanding. Draft beer selection was limited but, I thought, nice - - Delirium Tremens was available and as always for me was delicious. Wine list was extensive."

A fresh, colored and tasty cuisine.<bra>From Spain to Italy, Mediterranean products are famous for their health qualities; olive oil, lemons, fresh pastas, sun bathed tomatoes ...<bra>To grilled steaks, braised so-so buck and fish cooked on the plantar are some of our delicacies.<bra>The real comfort food comes from the Mediterranean.<bra>In the Mediterranean, pleasure of the food always starts with great company!

"We wanted seafood and were not disappointed. My wife had a duo of sea bream and sea bass that was delightful and I had swordfish. Upon ordering, I was advised that the swordfish would be prepared with the middle pretty much raw, which I had not previously experienced and decided to try. The texture and taste of the swordfish was different from what I have had but was very good. Neither my wife nor I are capable of speaking French, but that was not a problem. On a very cold Montreal evening, we enjoyed our meal very much."

"Our group of 3 had "enchiladas bandera", "enchiladas cancun," and the chimichanga. All were good. Not surprisingly, we were filled up by our meals. I have not eaten at many Mexican restaurants in NYC; I thought Cancun was very good and is worth a visit. Service was attentive (we ordered coffee and it took a while simply because, as were informed by the staff, they brewed a fresh pot for us)."
