At dish, we pride ourselves in creating new and exciting contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis and focus on flavor. We use exceptional ingredients including the best available local and organic products whenever possible. We believe that food should nurture not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well. Of primary importance to us is the dining experience of our guests. Our intimate dining room encourages the enjoyment of our modern cuisine, conversation and connection. Eating at dish is not just dinner. It is an experience.

"Once we got our food it was very good, but we had to wait over an hour and half to have our entrees served. We were served a lot of muse bouches while we waited which were very good, but we were very disappointed in the wait. We hope it's a new restaurant getting its timing right so we will try it one more time."

Established in the heart of Palm Springs since 1973, Le Vallauris located at the foot of San Jacinto Mountains has been the highest rated restaurant in the Palm Springs Valley since its inception. Owned and operated by the well known restaurateur Paul Bruggemans who was also owner of the Famous Le St Germain restaurant in Hollywood. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 and was owned by the owners of the famous Desert Inn which was The hotel in the Valley. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. It was a favorite place for General Patton when he was based in Palm Springs to stage the Battle of the Bulge during World War II. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favorite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite. The renowned Patio lined with Giant Fichus trees is THE place to dine. The Patio is cooled in the Summer and heated in the Winter.

Since 1922 The Arches has been the destination for fine dining in Newport Beach. Known for it’s amazing steak and seafood menu It is a place where celebrities and local customers can dine in privacy. With grand renovations and its rebirth as A Restaurant this landmark will once again be a haven for classic culinary experiences. Chef Jon Blackford and wine director Steven Ackad have created a perfect alchemy with their creations.

"The food was really good, but the desert was marginal. The usually delicious butterscotch pudding was grainy and the cookie was bland. Our server was great, but the busboy was too aggressive when clearing our table. He knocked my drink so half spilled out. The waiter brought another cocktail over to me, that I really appreciated.
Over all the restaurant has a good vibe and is a good spot to eat."

Mariposa is a fine dining lunch restaurant. We are open 7 days a week and feature a fresh contemporary American Cuisine. We have a beautiful dining room as well as an outdoor patio. A bar counter is also available for dining, which allows our customers to dine and view the passers by as they shop. We have full bar service and are known for our cocktails. Our specialty are the famous popovers with strawberry butter.<br />

"Andrea is a great restaurant if you want Italian food with a more formal, upscale setting. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The food is delicious for lunch but there weren't too many choices and they raised the price of their lunch special and took out the desert which wasn't good to see. The service is very good. The table side Risotto dish is a must!"

"Everything is great here, especially the house made breads! Don't pass them up. And if you want a special treat, order the flight of bacon! Seven different bacons to try! It's not on the dining menu but can be ordered off the bar menu."
