Guests will be transported into a 12,000 square foot French Riviera Oasis, accommodating up to 330 guests. This location is surrounded by olive trees, gardens and offers a variety of seating options; both indoor and outdoor. The welcoming open design offers guests to take full advantage of the California Riviera weather. A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch showcases the seasonal, ingredient driven American farmhouse cooking of Stephen Barber. The ingredients in the Farmstead kitchen are foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef, organic and sustainably produced eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, wine, grappa and honey - as well as ingredients from local artisan producers.

"The service was so slow this visit (my second) that I'm not sure if I will be back. The food is average for the wine country. Better for lunch than dinner."

PRESS is the perfect wine country dining experience. PRESS features prime dry-aged beef, whole roasted chicken, grass fed Sonoma lamb, and fresh fish prepared on a custom wood burning grill and rotisserie. The modern farmhouse style blends with the neighboring vineyards to create a truly modern steakhouse. An award winning largely Napa Valley wine list completes the PRESS experience.

"Press is great for quality steaks and other selections and amazing freshly made bread! Ask for the flight of bacon that is usually only served in the bar. It's seven different varieties and are delicious! The most amazing, extremely abundant wine list around!"

The cuisine at Sapphire Laguna is characterized by Chef/Owner Azmin Ghahreman's distinctive international style - its cornerstone is the freshest possible local ingredients. The evolving menu changes seasonally - based on what is freshly caught and available from small farms, nearby markets and artisan suppliers. <br /><br /> "When you dine at my restaurants you are traveling through the world's markets with your palate, and you don't even need a passport."<br /> <br /> ~Chef Azmin Ghahreman<br /><br />Sapphire Laguna reach-in wine vaults house an eclectic collection of wines – more than 900 bottles, emphasizing varietals from around the world. All vintages are stored in temperature-controlled units behind a rustic wall made from actual wine staves. In addition, approximately 25 wines by the glass are available. Menu samples and wine offerings can be found on Sapphire Laguna's website.

Terra Restaurant has been a leading restaurant in the Napa Valley since 1988. Set in a historic field stone building, Terra gives you the feeling of the Napa Valley, or some have said the French country side. We are proud to be part of such an important area not just for food but also for wine (Our family owns Quixote Winery). We are, Hiro and Lissa the chef/owners of Terra and love to work closely with the local growers for our vegetables and the farms that raise the meats we serve. Incredible dairies that make the cheese and the fishermen that bring in the catch we serve. The connection to the land and the people is why we love what we do. Terra serves a prix fix menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses. Terra has received a Michelin Star since the first award in 2007 and each year since then. Hiro Sone received the James Beard Award for Best Chef California in 2003 and Terra received James Beard Award for Outstanding Service-2008. The San Francisco Chronicle gave Terra & Bar Terra 3 1/2 stars.

"I didn't know that there is a Bar side that is also available for dining. It is possible to have the same dinner menu as the formal dining room. The Bar side is not open for reservations on Open Table so you need to call direct. The food is fabulous! I love Asian food and the Chef does a wonderful job of adding that touch to the menu. The cold capellini with caviar and marinated cucumbers was delicious! The Chawanmushi, which is an egg custard soup was fabulous. I have only had this dish in formal Japanese restaurants so it was a treat! The service was great and we will definitely be back."

"This was my first time here. It is a homestyle, comfort food place with a gourmet touch. It was very good, but my dish of the gnocchi with beef ragu didn't wow me. There was barely any beef. It is a fun atmosphere and the bar looked fun outside. Although, it has a very loud noise level with the high ceilings. I would recommend it for lunch."

"I love Bernie's live music at the bar and how it is heard though out the dining room. It is not too loud, so you can still hear each other talk. Bernie's has the best Prime Rib! All our entrees were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."
