Sometimes the magic of sharing a table with friends over fabulous food and wonderful wine can be elevated by a place. Sitting at the foot of an unspoiled box canyon in the Sapphire Valley, Canyon Kitchen has that impact. Chef John Fleer, a three time James Beard nominee for Best Chef Southeast, strikes an informal, nostalgic and often playful chord through the history of Southern Appalachia and the broader South. Local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area are at the foundation of the food. The fixed price menu is enhanced by a list of wines produced using only sustainably raised grapes.

"Bin112 has become one of our regular haunts ... well worth the ~40 mile trip each way. This time I tried the white clam appetizer ... absolutely outstanding!!! Preparation is unique, comes in a creamy sauce, it could be a meal on its own. Next time we'll order it with two spoons! Followed it up with the 2 way duck, helped down with an excellent bottle of Barbaresco ... life is good."

"Looked for somewhere new, Restaurant 17 came up on OT. Very impressed - great service (our server even explained the background to the restaurant and hotel names), impressive wine list (backed up by a sommelier and server who clearly understand their wines) and great food. The entree sized pork and quail were excellent, accompanied by superb carrots and mushrooms. Moved the overall rating down one star for just one reason ... the noise. Our reservation was later in the evening, a lot of diners had already left but it was still noisy, to the point of distraction. There was a party upstairs, but they didn't seem to be especially loud ... I can only imagine how bad it must be when the dining room is full."

Boca is Chef David Falk's ode to Europe. It is a one of a kind dining experience marrying world-class, chef driven cuisine with gracious service at an affordable price point. Boca's design couples contemporary european and american stylings with touches of rusticity in an airy urban space. The elegant and inviting surroundings welcome guests for an afternoon cocktail, a small bite before a great show at nearby theaters, a casual dinner with friends, or a luxurious night out in Cincinnati.

"Visited to celebrate a family member's birthday. It had been a while since we dined at Boca - but the same great service, dining recommendations, wine selection and food as we remembered. What took away from the whole experience was the noise ... didn't appear to be from one specific group or table, everyone seemed to be loud. It made conversation very difficult, was tiring and took away from the whole experience ... disappointing."

"We found ourselves in Cincinnati, wanting to find somewhere special for dinner to celebrate a significant anniversary ... except it was Easter Sunday, so Cincinnati offered very few choices. Thanks to OT we got to try Capital Grille. We've been to many fine establishments around the world, but this experience really impressed us. From the great wine selection (no, they didn't try to guide us to the most expensive bottles), to the outstanding, melt in your mouth steaks, to the attentive and engaging, but not overbearing, serving and wait staff ... Capital Grille impressed us and checked all our boxes!! Then, just when we thought they had done all they could, they surprised us again ... exceeding all expectations. Thanks and bravo!"
