A welcoming approach to old-world hospitality with an urban vibe and new-
world flair. The Hamilton will take you back to the days of the public house, where both locals and visitors gathered for a heartwarming, good meal, great conversation and flowing libations.

The Hamilton will showcase seasonal American cuisine, featuring takes on regional classics from around the country and the family dinner table.

"Dined here for Sunday brunch. The fresh-squeezed orange juice in the screwdriver was just a sample of the fresh ingredients that are used in all of the dishes. The menu is inventive and the chef takes some interesting twists on brunch standards. The omelets were very good, with fresh and high-end ingredients, but slightly overdone for my taste. The service was attentive but not intrusive.
The restaurant interior is eclectic and a great place for people-watching.
Based on the menu, dinner should be a fabulous experience, but if you're there for brunch, don't pass up the house-made doughnuts--they are out of this world!!!
The Hamilton Kitchen will do very well and should become a Lehigh Valley staple for interesting, good food."
