Housed in a completely renovated 4,000 sq. foot warehouse, the visually stunning restaurant offers global cuisine with modern techniques, including foams, dehydrated foods, and vanilla cotton candy. A few simple but elegant chandeliers hang from the ceiling. One wall is decorated with a diamond-shaped architectural effect. An open, marble-topped kitchen counter at the back of the restaurant matches the bar at the front. The space is reminiscent of an art gallery. A stunning 24 seat communal table centers the stage and is used for the degustation menus held each week.

"We have eaten here 2 times and in both occasions the experience was good, but expect to pay over 100 per person.
Innovative presentations and definitively something rare in a city where steak, lobster and stone crab rule...
